My brother in law who is 44 years old has been diagnosed with a brain tumor. This thing is the size of an egg and he is having it removed thursday morning.I know I'm not well known here but if I can ask a favor to keep him in your thoughts and prayers that would be great.Every little bit of support helps. Thanks

I'll say a prayer and hope everything works out for the best. Good luck.

Sorry to hear...at least they caught it early enough to do something about it...I know a few people who pulled through.....

He's in my thoughts, and I hope everything turns out.

My thoughts and prayers are with him, you, and your families.

You don't need to be well known to get my best wishes.

Thank you again all the well wishes mean a lot i'll pass them along to Steve. It's not known how he got it but there is family history

You got it, man. Hope all turns out well.

He will be kept in my thoughts and prayers and you and your family will as well.

Absolutely. Can't imagine what you all must be going through. My grandfather died of a brain tumor, but I was too young to comprehend the situation at the time.

They've made ridiculously profound advances in treatment for cancer throughout the last 10-20 years, though. Shoot, even the last three. In fact, our family doctor told us a couple of years ago that had my grandfather's tumor been diagnosed today, he would have almost certainly survived.

I'm sure your brother-in-law will pull through just fine. Best wishes for a smooth and speedy recovery.

Steves surgery went as well as could be expected. The doctors wern't able to remove the entire tumor because of the length of time he was out and there was more bleeding than was anticipated. He is having more tests to find out on what the next course of action will be.On the bright side the doctor could tell by looking at the tumor that it wasn't cancerous. He is greatful to the hype for the well wishes. Thanks again everybody:yay:

Glad to hear it went relatively well. Hopefully he's on his way to a speedy and full recovery.
