My co-worker just got arrested last night

He started with me about a year ago here, and was more or less the top in the class, the one creating the most revenue in sales, etc. Now last night around 6pm as I'm getting ready to go home, I see him being led out of the building in handcuffs. Someone else says that he was basically selling hardware and software to his friends at basically 0.00 cost, as we can set our prices to whatever we want within reason. And he did this about a hundred times apparantly. Don't know if they were just letting him do the **** so they could have some proof or what, but it's been crazy over here this morning.

If he was selling a lot, maybe your employer was willing to tolerate a bit more or up to a certain extent; when he didn't stop, that's when they probably decided to end it.

It sounds like he wasted a pretty good opportunity. Now he's screwed.

I didn't know the guy really well, I just recognized his face when I saw it in the paper. I work at a factory so ya see a lot of faces without always being friendly with a person. According to the paper, he was an older guy who supposedly molested his 14 year old niece. He went to jail, I do know that.
