Here is chapter 1:
The night wind blew across the construction site’s pit. In it lay the limp body of Eddie Brock Jr. Suddenly he stirred, and pulled himself up. He looked around as his eyes got used to the darkness. Then in the corner something moved. Eddie looked over and then smiled as a small black liquid sidled over to him and grabbed onto his shoe. It twisted up his leg and a messed up spider web pattern appeared. It covered his whole body apart from his head and turned it into a twisted version of Spider-man’s black suit with a large, white spider emblazed on the front and back of his chest. It covered his head which, again, became the same as Spider-man’s black suit but with a twisted web pattern, the eyes were all jagged and he carried a great, toothy grin holding a long tongue inside on the front of his face. Venom was born again.
“Parker!”
“Yes mister Jameson?” Peter walked into the office of J Jonah Jameson.
“Got any snaps of what happened to Eddie?”
“What do you-“
“A month ago Spider-man murdered him, remember?”
“Mister Jameson, he became a monster!”
“Ahh, don’t give me that cr@p! When they went to collect his body from that deep pit last night, it wasn’t there! My guess; Spider-man!”
“Mister Jame-“
“So you haven’t! Go!”
“I have got some pictures of Spider-man.”
“Let me see ‘em!”
Peter handed him the folder of photos.
“Cr@p…cr@p…cr@p…cr@p! 200 dollars for them!”
“Okay mister Jameson.”
Peter walked outside and along the street. Suddenly he heard a noise. He turned round and saw a figure swinging off into the distance.
“Venom.” He said.
He ran down the alley and pulled open his shirt revealing the Spider-man outfit underneath. He swung up out of the alley way and landed on top of a skys****er.
“**** it! Lost him!”
“Lost who Parker?” Spidey turned round to see the familiar face of the evil symbiote known as Venom.
“Long time no see, eh Parker?” Venom laughed.
His laugh was soon cut short by Spider-man smacking his fist into his teeth.
“Argh!”
“What’s the matter? Tooth-ache!”
“Shut up!”
Venom lunged at Spidey and knocked him off. Spidey swung away followed by Venom. The chase led them to the Empire state building as a crowd of onlookers gathered to watch the fearsome battle that was about to be held. Venom smacked out at Spider-man and caught him right in the chest, knocking him through a window. Inside was an office room and Spidey smashed straight into a desk. He heard Venom come in too but when he looked up, Venom was nowhere to be seen. He heard his voice.
“Well well, Parker. Can’t see big ol’ me?”
“Stop being a coward, Brock!”
“A coward, me? NEVER!”
Suddenly Venom leapt out of nowhere and smacked Spider-man in the jaw. Spidey was knocked to the ground but he got back on his feet and was hit full on by a desk. He was hit through the wall into another office room and he smashed straight into another desk. Venom leapt through and was running over to him when Spidey noticed something. It was a broken cable! He picked it up and thrust it into Venom. Venom screamed and then dropped to the ground. The symbiote tried to escape but Spidey webbed it up. He then picked up the symbiote and the unconscious Eddie and leapt out of the window. He took Eddie to the police station where he webbed him to a lamp post and then he took the symbiote to Dr Connors.
“Parker! Good to see you!” Dr Connors said as Spidey came through the window.
“Hiya Doc.”
“What’s that?”
“Oh this? It’s the symbiote!”
“Really! Wow!”
“Yeah, I thought I should bring it to you.”
“Thanks Parker.”
“Anyway how’s your project going?”
“Fine, fine. Well you better be off!”
“Goodbye Doc!” And Spidey swung away.
Dr Connors sat down at his desk after putting the symbiote in a sonic container, and put a syringe in a Lizard, extracting its DNA. He dripped the DNA in a container which carried some green liquid inside and stirred it up. The liquid turned a murky brown colour and Dr Connors picked it up.
“For the sake of science, I hope this works.” He gulped down the liquid and suddenly felt tremendous pain in one arm.
“ARGH!” He cried.
He felt something growing from the stump. He collapsed on the floor and then….
“I’ve done it! I’ve grown my arm back!” And sure enough, there was an arm there.
But then something terrible happened. Green scales spread across his arm and over his body. He screamed in pain and struggled, knocking over a desk.
Meanwhile, the police had Eddie Brock in custody at Ravencroft. He sat in his cell doing nothing apart from sitting there. His cell mate, Cletus Kassady, sat on the bed laughing manically.
“Oh for God’s sake SHUT UP!” Eddie snapped.
“How ‘bout you stay being quiet or I’ll eat you for breakfast!”
“Oh yeah! I’d give you indigestion!”
“Kassady, Brock. Pipe down in there!” A guard had come.
“Okay, what ever you say, Boss!” Kassady laughed.

I guess in Spider-man 4 Gwen Stacy returns, i think 4 and before spider-man 3 was known that spidey killed Gwen's father ,there was a fight with green gobin 2. Or Spidey fight green goblin 2 have ball pumpkin throw out bomb build just broke fall down and Captain looks out at kid falling down , then he runs and pushes the kid away, then he looks at fall he is dead just crash all spidey is fault. Gwen cries about spidey killed her father. Peter fights with Green Goblin 2 is not dead just in hospital before 3 to be continued. Then in the future Spider-man 4 Returns Green Goblin with Gwen fights with spidey this battle on the bridge ,then he throws bomb to Gwen falls down to the river, then spidey spins web and catches a leg of her.Then spidey looks in her eyes dead and screams " Noooo! "She is dead. Is this going to happen in future spider-man 4??

Give 'em a bit of slack, he is new afterall, and just has his thoughts on Spidey 4, though in the wrong section.

I do agree with what you're saying, though: Once Venom is dead, he should stay dead. It was horrid when Norman came back.

To the Poster: If you wanna carry on the symbiote, maybe delve in Cassidy, rewrite the character with more substance and a good background.
