1. I think since Snoke was killed off in the last Jedi they brought back Palpatine and in the movie Palpatine uses his Essence Transfer force abiity on Kylo.
2. The meaning Rise of Skywalker could be that the new jedi name could be Skywalkers, the rise of Anakin Skywalker, All the new force users will be known as Skywalkers
3. In the end Kylo will sacrifice himself in order to stop the Emperor, thus leading to his redemption and ending the Skywalker Family since he is the last Skywalker that is known to be alive. And in memory of him and the Skywalker family, Rey will name the new force users or Jedi Skywalkers
4. Rey is another being that was made by the force itself
5. Rey will communicate with Anakin/Vader, Luke, Yoda and perhaps other Jedi and maybe Sith and use the ancient Jedi texts in order to bring balance to the force.
