We live in the same apartment building. There down stairs I havent told them yet. Daycare is so expensive I dont know if I can pay for everything by myself.

I thought we were doing fine. Accept everytime we get into even a small argument she wants a divorce. Friday night we went on a date, saturday we went out with her mom to a game and had fun, last night we watched Heros and had a fun time. She got back from work today at 6 said we need to talk and that she wasnt happy and was leaving.

Im on the comp cause she left, not me. She doesnt love me anymore (her words). I cant change her mind so chasing wont help. Still, I love her alot. Guess I wont be getting it back though.

The thing is that if it's been since she had the baby it might be post-partum hormones mixed in with other issues.

Has anything changed in your life from having the baby? Did she quit her job? Have you been spending less time with her? Have you focused more on the baby?

Either way, track her down and ask her to talk about it with you.

You really cannot do anything for right now.

If she wants a divorce, I'd go consult an attorney and make sure you an agreement as to which assets are yours and which are hers.

You'll probably have a custody battle at some point, and she may want the child. It's usually advised that women at least attempt to gain custody since there is usually a considerable amount of money in it for them if they do.

The main thing you can do right now is try to sit down and work out terms for a peaceful (hopefully) divorce. Because trust me, you don't want that decision to be made in a room where you are not present.

Do I want someone who keeps trying to quit on my baby and I back?

Are problems really started when I found out she lied to me about how many guys she had been with and even how long it had been. Lets just say it was more then twice the amount she claimed and more recently then she told. Then she also drops the bomb she was a lesbian for a while and that she was chatting with this girl on AIM behind my back.

She never saw the problem.
