Movie 1: X-Men: Children of the Atom.

Heroes: Charles Xavier, Cyclops, Jean Grey, Iceman, Angel, Beast, Quicksilver.

Villains: Magneto, Unus, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Blob, Trask.

Plot:Charles Xavier, Magneto, Quicksilver, and Scarlet Witch found a school for gifted youngsters. After the passing of the MRA, and the greenlighting of the Sentinel project (Project Wideawake) Magneto rejects Xavier's dream and leaves the school, taking Pietro and Wanda with him even though they do not wish to go.
He goes off into hiding and begins to committ random acts of terrorism with his Brotherhood. This prompts Xavier to form a brotherhood of his own, the X-Men.
The catalyst comes when he saves, a young boy, Scott Summers from an angry mob by redirecting him telepathically to get on a railcar bound for New York state. Once there he trains young Scott and then has him retrive Angel, Beast and Iceman from various points around the United States.
Together the form the X-Men, a band of mutants. Using the cerebro they locate one final mutant, Jean Grey. Who is being attacked by Sentinels in downtown New York city. They do.
Scott finds himself having feelings for Jean, but unable to express them. He sits in tortured silence despite Jean's attempt to make him come out of his shell.
Meanwhile, Xavier goes on a talkshow with Bolivar Trask to discuss the Sentinel project. His X-Men go to downtown New York to enjoy a night off. While in a bar downtown the mutants observe a demostration in which a Sentinel apprehends Charles Xavier. Xavier is outed as a mutant on national television, and despite Trask attempting the stop them. Trask has lost control of his own Sentinels who now see the eradication of mutants as their prime directive. A riot breaks out in downtown New York, the X-Men caught in the middle. However, Sentinels show up dispelling the crowd and the X-Men.

Magneto comes to the Xavier Mansion purposing a strike on the Sentinel factory in Washington DC. The X-Men agree reluctantly to help him. While teamed up Scott and Jean befriend Pietro who obviously is unsure of his father's vision.
Once in Washington the X-Men save Xavier from the Sentinel factory, only to discover Magneto's true intentions: to alter the brains of the Sentinels (the Sentinel control center) to track humans instead of mutants.
The Sentinels under Magneto's control start a siege on Washington.
Cyclops, Jean, Beast, Iceman and Angel attempt to get close to Magneto, controlling the Sentinels from the steps of the White House. Beast, Iceman and Angel find themselves at odds with Blob and Unus. While Jean and Scott attempt to get Xavier close enough the Magneto. Magneto pins down both Jean and Xavier on the lawn of the White House. However when Cyclops fires at him he throws Cyclops from the area. he is caught by Angel.
They (Cyclops and Angel) are attacked by Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch. Even though they are outmatched, Cyclops manages to convince Pietro to stop his father.
Pietro, using his speed, removes his father's helmut, leaving him open to Xavier's mental attack.
Magneto is consumed by a mass of metal, his powers far to expanded for him to control. The ball is jetisonned into space.
Back at the mansion, Scott finally gets up the courage to tell Jean his feelings. She says she feels the same.
Xavier names Cyclops field leader of the X-Men.

Movie 2: X-Men: Second Genesis

Heroes: Cyclops, Wolverine, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Storm, Banshee (cameo), Moira Mactaggart, Jean Grey, Angel (cameo), Iceman (cameo), Beast (cameo).

Villains: Steven Lang, Nimrod, Sentinels.

Plot: All the X-Men aside from Scott Summers, aka Cyclops, quit following the decommissioning of the Sentinels and the repealling of the MRA. This leaves only Cyclops and Xavier in the X-Mansion. Soon they are joined by two of Xavier's friends from Muir Island, Sean "Banshee" Cassidy and Moira.
Cyclops becomes fast friends with Sean and Moira and offers to take them on a double date with him to downtown New York with his fiance', Jean Grey. Once downtown (this is around Christmas time) they hit up all the Madison avenue stores and eventually make their way to a top floor restarante which Scott made reservations at.
While there, he and Jean are attacked by Sentinels (who mysteriously ignore Banshee). Scott falls from the building attempting to save Jean. However, before being splattered on the pavement, Banshee flies down and saves him.
Back at the mansion, Xavier soberly informs Scott and Banshee that the remaining original five have been captured. Scott agrees that they will need to assemble a new team if they hope to save the original four.
Using cerebro Xavier locates four new mutants, Nightcrawler, Colossus, Wolverine, and Storm (Xavier proceeds to fly around the world with Banshee in the X-Jet re-enacting the famous first meetings from Giant Sized).
All met at X-Mansion, the All-New All-Different X-Men are briefed on their mission. Xavier instructs Colossus, Wolverine and Cyclops to go find Bolivar Trask, the original producer of the Sentinels.
Once at Trask new home (an island he has gone into exile on called Krakoa), Trask doesn't feel like talking, until Wolverine makes him feel like confessing. He says he sold the Sentinel designs to Steven Lang, of Lang Communications. However he does not know where Lang is keeping the mutants or from where he is controlling the Sentinels.
Up on the Satillite of Lang Communications, from where he controls the Sentinels, he has captured Iceman, Beast, Angel and Jean Grey. He tells them he is going to use them to synthesize a mutant "cure" which he will equip his new army of Sentinels with. However he still needs a fifth mutant.
Jean manages to escape her bonds up in space, which also restrict her powers. She manages to find out she is in space while trying to escape. After realizing she has no hope of escaping, she telepathically calls out to Scott and Xavier. However something on the ship finds her before she can complete her message.
Scott and Xavier however become aware she and the others are captured in space.
Xavier places a call to a friend, Dr Corbeau, of UN's project Starcore. After speaking with them, he convinces the directors of the project that Steven Lang's involvement with the Sentinels is a threat to national security. Even though they do not fully trust the X-Men, they feel they owe them one for defending Washington DC.
They fly up into space on a shuttle mission whose [former] astronauts had planned to study a series of strange solar flares. They successfully dock at the Lang Space station under the guise of UN inspectors. However Lang is well aware they may in fact be mutants, hoping to lure them into a trap.
However once there they move to disarm the facility. Cyclops, Wolverine, Colossus, Storm, and Nightcrawler all make there way through the building attempting to find their friends. They are cut off by a prototype Sentinel, Nimrod. He seems able to adapt to their mutant abilities. However after a lengthly battle Cyclops and Colossus destroy him. The battle causes damage to the power core.

Using his tracking abilities, Wolverine and Nightcrawler (who broke off during the battle) find the original four. However as they try to leave (all six) they are cut off by guards. They fight their way through and meet up with Cyclops and the others. Just as they pull away from the space station, the base explodes (taking Lang and his Sentinels with it) messing up the autopilot on the shuttle and hurting the hulls shielding.
Scott demands that he will pilot the plane to the ground. However Jean says her telekinesis has a better chance of withstanding the heat from re-entry. Scott attempts to stop her, but fails when she uses her telepathy to put him under.
As the shuttle approaches re-entry they are engulfed in a solar flare. Jean screams, to be continued.

Movie 3: X-Men: Dark Phoenix.

Heroes: Jean Grey, Cyclops, Wolverine, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Storm, Xavier.

Villains: Lyla Andrews, Mastermind Sebastian Shaw, Pierce, Destiny, Henry Leland, White Queen, Gladiator, Warstars, Trask.

Jean Grey and the shuttle carrying the X-Men re-enters, crashing straight into the Hudson river. The X-Men, with the aid of Nightcrawler and Colossus free themselves from the shuttles shielded chamber. They swim to the top. Immediately Scott panics, noticing Jean’s absence. Wolverine attempts to bring him to his senses. However as Wolverine is trying to explain that she is gone, Jean emerges from the water and says “I am PHOENIX” before passing out.
Scott gets her back to the X-Mansion. Xavier examines her and says she appears to be suffering some sort of trauma, like a split personality disorder. Possibly caused by the strain of re-entry. Xavier says he will try to suppress it as best as possible.
In the city of Chicago sits a lady, a blind lady in front of tarot cards. She tells a group of Victorian dressed mutants that a she senses a great mutant power. Another man, brown hair, handsome, who stands in the corner projecting illusions of a great firey bird says he senses it too. They are the Hellfire Club, a group of high society mutants who wish to use Jean to create a race of super mutants to use at their disposal.
In Washington DC, Lyla Andrews (a high ranking member of the United States Army) has commission the formerly exiled Trask for a new project: The Guard. The Guard is a new solution to the “mutant problem”. Rather than Sentinels, it will use a specially deployed task force of mutant and non mutant soldiers to track down and capture dangerous mutants. One such member is a US army soldier named Carl Lark, an almost Superman like mutant renamed “Gladiator”. He is aided by Fang, who is a feral mutant. And a man known only as Titan, who is mammoth in size. In addition they have an army of Mandriods (these also are a throwback to the Warstars of the Sh’iar), robots who carry within them United States Soldiers.
Little does Lyla know but she and Trask have been commission by the Helfire Club itself to make these Mandriods to capture Neo-mutants and preserve the genetic purity of the Hellfire club.
Jason Wyngard, the great illusionist, begins a series of illusions that he plants in the young Jean Grey’s dreams. Each featuring her within a Victorian landscape. These dreams begin to spill over into her days.
Cyclops begins training the new recruits even further in a newly constructed “Danger Room”. He and Xavier begin to get in heated arguments over how the X-Men should be trained. Xavier is very insistent they are still children. However Scott feels these new recruits are more diverse, and much more of a motley crew who won’t respond to Xavier’s “one size fits all” treatment of them.
After emotions start to run high at the institute, Scott and Jean decide it’s best to take some time off and visit their old friend Angel in New Mexico. While there, Jean displays an impressive amount of power by holding back Scott’s optic blasts (and rearranging the molecules of her clothing) as they have sex (mostly implied) on the butte.
During their stay in New Mexico, Cerebro detects mutant activity in Chicago, it is that of the Dazzler, who is running a Disco act in a local Night Club owned by The White Queen.
Wolverine, Storm and Colossus go to investigate and are captured by the White Queen. Xavier calls Cyclops, Jean and Nightcrawler to go and rescue them. They are attacked by Mandriods while posing as patrons of the Nightclub, with the help of the Dazzler they subdue the Mandriods.
However amidst the battle Jean is seen walking off with a young gentleman, Jason Wyngard, who has convinced her he is in fact her husband and the X-Men are pirates after her.
Cyclops attempts to get Dazzler to help, but she says she does not want to get involved. She does tell them the man who left with Scott’s fiancé is a member of a local high society group called the Hellfire Club (and tells them where it is).
The X-Men get there, they go in through the sewer system underneath and find Colossus, Storm and Wolverine captured. They free them.
Upon getting into the Club, Scott eyes Jean Grey who is now dressed in an all black outfit, going into a hallway upstairs with Jason. He follows them and he spies them yet again going into a doorway. He tried to catch up to them, but when he opens the door Jean Grey blasts him with a telekinetic blast rendering him unconscious.
Downstairs the remaining X-Men square off with the Hellfire Club. They are quickly dealt with, except Wolverine who Henry Leland drops through a floor (he increases the weight of objects).
The X-Men are placed in chains within the main study with the rest of the Hellfire Club.
Wolverine, below ground fights his way back upstairs through several groups of armed guards.

During this time Cyclops challenges Wyngard to a psychic dual, to which he loses. As he loses Wolverine breaks through the door, he goes and cuts off the helmut being used to subdue Cyclops’ power. Cyclops blasts Donald Pierce in the head and then frees his teammates.
The battle causes Wyngard to flee, however because of Scott’s psychic battle Jean begins to overpower Wyngard’s illusions. She meets him on the roof and enacts her revenge. Her dark side has been unleashed. And she bursts into a giant firebird on the roof of the Hellfire Club in front of the X-Men.
Sebastion Shaw calls Trask and informs him a very powerful and dangerous mutant is on the loose and they should alert the Guard.
She leaves to places unknown. The X-Men return home. Once there Xavier tells them he has picked up Jean’s signature at her old house in New York State. Xavier and Scott take the X-Men to intercept her there.
Once there, she is still crazed. Storm attempts to fight her to a stand still, but in the end Jean is just too powerful. After defeating most all of the X-Men including Xavier. Before the X-Men can recollect themselves Gladiator and the Guard show up with Lyla Andrews. They inform the X-Men they are relieved from this, and that they will dispose of the mutant. However the X-Men attempt to hold off the Guard.
Cyclops and Wolverine go after Phoenix yet again with Storm, Colossus and Nightcrawler face off against the Mandriods. Colossus ends up in a heated battle with Gladiator.

Wolverine fights Jean head on one more time, but after several attempts is finally put down. Cyclops knocks her down with a well placed blast while she is distracted with Logan. After she refuses to kill him Cyclops talks her down, appealing to the good side of her that still exists. She calms down, reverting back to her normal self. However realizing she no longer can control the power within herself she telekinetically impales herself with a shard of metal from a Mandriod, killing herself.
Lyla Andrews offers a full apology to Xavier, and says neither she nor Trask will ever start any anti-mutant task forces ever again. Cyclops resigns as leader. Scott leaves the institute, it ends with Wolverine and Storm welcoming a group of new mutants to the school.

The first story is actually Ultimate X-Men 1-6:oldrazz: . But I know right, BASE movies ON THE COMICS. I have no idea where I come up with these ideas:o :woot:

The REPORTER, male, sits at a desk with a REPORT in his hands. SOUND begins to FADE IN slowly as the resolution on the screen SHARPENS.

REPORTER
...In other news. Today the Supreme Court case Cooper v. Bureau of Mutant Affairs successfully overturned the Mutant Registration Act. Chief Justice Taney was reached for comment.

EXT. NEWS REPORT - CHIEF JUSTICE TANEY on COURT HOUSE STEPS
TANEY is standing outside, it is obviously nearing WINTER, as he is wearing a heavy jacket over his suit.

TANEY
...We the Courts feel that the constitution extends all it’s rights and protections to all citizens, human or mutant.

INT. NEWS REPORT - SENATOR KELLY’S OFFICE
(V.O) REPORTER
In regards to the ruling, Senator Kelly had this to say.

SENATOR KELLY is seen sharply dressed within the confines of the his CONGRESSIONAL OFFICE.

SENATOR KELLY
As a once staunch supporter of MUTANT REGISTRATION, I sincerely apologize for being wrong on this particular issue. After the X-Men successfully stopped the mutant terrorist Magneto last year they have become an indispensable asset to National Security...

The CAMERA pans away from the screen, SENATOR KELLY’s words FADE OUT

INT. X-MANSION - WAR ROOM.

In the WAR ROOM sits PROFESSOR CHARLES XAVIER, standing next to him is his surrogate son and first X-MAN; SCOTT SUMMERS aka CYCLOPS. SCOTT is dressed in normal clothing. Pants, an "Xavier School for the Gifted" shirt and a leather jacket. SCOTT looks at XAVIER and then back at the screen.

XAVIER regards the report with cautious optimism.

(O.C.) REPORTER
Let’s turn to Sarah, our woman on the street to get the public reaction.
(Beat)
Sarah?


(O.C.) SARAH
Yes, we have someone right here
(beat)
sir what’s your name

The CAMERA focuses back on the TV SCREEN to reveal a man, about mid forties. Typical lower class AMERICAN STEREOTYPE.

PERSON.
(Abruptly)
Jim.

(Beat)
I just wanna say those things...are freaks...and I don’t want them in my schools.

The CAMERA focuses back on SCOTT and XAVIER, OFF CAMERA a faint "well there you have it" can be heard from SARAH.

SCOTT
The more things change...


XAVIER
I fear you are partly correct SCOTT. However with the Registration overturned, Magneto defeated and the Sentinels decommission I...
(beat)
I wonder if the world still needs X-Men.

SCOTT silently lets XAVIER’s comments settle in. He looks over at XAVIER as if to respond but says nothing. SCOTT returns to watching the television.

INT. WHITE HOUSE - EXTERIOR HALLWAY.

The CAMERA shows a red haired man with glasses waiting, looking at his watch

PRESIDENT MCKENNA clears his way through a crowd of reporters. They all attempt to ask him questions. All the reporters appear very nosey.
PRESIDENT MCKENNA breaks from the crowd and approaches the man. His name is HENRY PETER GYRICH.

MCKENNA.
Henry!


HENRY
Hello Mr. President, not like you to be late.


MCKENNA
I know it’s these reporters, ****ing savages.

The two begin to walk together.

INT. OVAL OFFICE.

The two walk in the door. In the room sits a man, about mid thirties, also with glasses. He looks like a grizzled air force pilot.

HENRY
This is DR. CORBEAU. Of UN’s project STARCORE.


MCKENNA
...And here I thought this meeting was about National Security.


CORBEAU
Well kind of. STARCORE has picked up on a recently reactivated Russian space station.


MCKENNA
Well, the cold war is long over doctor.


HENRY
It’s not the soviets, it’s someone else...not just that Trask...


MCKENNA
That loon who created the SENTINELS? He is in exile.


HENRY
Yeah well his SENTINEL designs, they are gone, all of them.


MCKENNA
You think it’s connected...?


HENRY
I’d rather know.


CORBEAU
Look, I am sending up a mission to research solar flares...If you can provide a special op team and clearance to investigate, we can put an end to this nonsense.


MCKENNA
Until you produce some hard evidence that this is a risk to our national security, I can’t promise anything.

FADE OUT.

FADE IN.

INT. X-MANSION - LIVING ROOM.

ALL the X-MEN are met in the LIVING ROOM. WARREN WORTHINGTON III (aka ANGEL), BOBBY DRAKE (aka ICEMAN), JEAN GREY, SCOTT SUMMERS (aka CYCLOPS) and HANK McCOY (aka BEAST). There is a FIRE in the FIREPLACE. THE CAMERA is to the back of CHARLES XAVIER as he enters the ROOM. It is past DINNERTIME, and is DARK outside. SCOTT stands as XAVIER enters the room.

The CAMERA stays to XAVIER’s back as he enters, and slowly follows until it moves to his FRONT when he turns his WHEELCHAIR to face his X-MEN. XAVIER’s mood is somber, and he soberly examines all his students as if for one last time.

XAVIER
You have all been the children I have never had.
(Beat)
And like every good parent I am offering you the chance to make your own life now.


BOBBY
Are you saying you want us to leave?


XAVIER
No, however I am giving you the option to make lives for yourselves.


WARREN
You know with all that’s happened...there is no real need for me to stay here anymore.


HANK
...And I could take that job the Government offered me

JEAN looks up at SCOTT, she smiles tightening her grip on his hand. SCOTT smiles back, almost nervously, knowing what she is thinking.

XAVIER
I will give you the chance to think it over...

FADE OUT.

INT. X-MANSION HALLWAY

HANK, who is carrying empty suitcases in his feet and hands, walks down the corridor with BOBBY DRAKE.

BOBBY
You know there is this accounting school I have been looking in to.


HANK
I think that would be an excellent opportunity for you, Bobby.


BOBBY
Plus, Warren said he’d put me up in one of his places.


HANK
Sounds like you have it made my friend.

INT. X-MANSION JEAN and SCOTT’s ROOM.

Jean is in a nighty going through desk drawers, noticing they are still filled with clothing. She begins to look distressed, bordering on annoyed.

JEAN (To an open Bathroom door)
Why aren’t you packed yet...


SCOTT (O.C.)
I’m not going.

SCOTT steps out of the BATHROOM, still dressed in normal clothing, JEAN walks over to him.

JEAN
Scott please...


SCOTT
I can’t...


JEAN (beginning to get upset)
We’re suppose to start a life together


SCOTT
Jean, this is my home, this is all I have ever had. I can’t.


JEAN
You can’t leave me alone...
They embrace, JEAN now very upset over SCOTT’s decision.

SCOTT
I won’t leave you
(beat)
I’m not going to lose you
(beat)
...But I’m all Xavier has, and he is all I have...I cannot go.

FADE OUT

FADE IN

INT. MAIN DOORWAY.

The ORIGINAL X-MEN save SCOTT are all packed. WARREN is shaking SCOTT’s hand. HANK is saying goodbye to XAVIER. The dialogue is silent as the CAMERA pans closer to the group.

WARREN and HANK, then BOBBY file out the door. JEAN is all that is left. The flings her arms around SCOTT and kisses him. SHE breaks off, and looks straight at him.

JEAN.
(Sternly)
EVERY-day Scott.
(Smiles)

SCOTT blushes and smiles back. Almost laughing slightly.
JEAN bends over and hugs XAVIER and kisses him on the cheak.

JEAN
Thank you, Professor.


XAVIER
Thank you, Jean.

EXT. X-MANSION DRIVEWAY

JEAN walks out the door, SCOTT helps her with two of her bags. THEY put them in the trunk of a cab. JEAN kisses SCOTT again and gets in.

The CAMERA follows the back of the cab, JEAN turns and looks back as it pulls away.

The CAMERA shows SCOTT watching from the steps.

SCOTT goes back inside and shuts the door.

INT. X-MANSION HALLWAY

SCOTT comes back in and looks at XAVIER.

SCOTT
Guess it’s just you and me now.

FADE OUT.









 
FADE OUT.

INT. X-MANSION HALLWAY.

BR-RING BR-RING goes the doorbell. XAVIER wheels up to the door and answers it. On the other side of the door stands a man of bright orange hair, going somewhat gray. The other is a woman, who while very pretty for her age also looks very strong willed. Their names are SEAN CASSIDY and MOIRA MacTAGGERT.

They enter as SCOTT comes down the adjacent stairwell.

XAVIER
SCOTT, I’d like you to meet two dear friends of mine.
(Beat)
This is SEAN CASSIDY and MOIRA MacTAGGERT.


SCOTT
(shaking SEAN’s hand)
It’s a pleasure.


MOIRA
You know it’s very rude to wear your glasses in doors...


SCOTT
Well...I...uh


XAVIER
SCOTT is a mutant; just like you, SEAN.


MOIRA
Well your new tenant seems much better than that dreadful man you used to live with.


XAVIER
Eric was just...misguided.

(Beat)
By the way, how is you son?


MOIRA
Much better, thank you.

The two begin to walk into the next room

INT. X-MANSION - KITCHEN.

XAVIER sits talking to SEAN who appears to be telling some grand story while holding a smoking pipe in his hands. MOIRA sits in the foreground with SCOTT who is dressed in a dress suit now, he is doing his tie and MOIRA is flipping through his wallet pictures.

MOIRA
...Oh she is such a pretty lass.
(Beat)
You two make such a handsome couple.


SCOTT
Thanks.

XAVIER interrupts the middle of their conversation.

XAVIER
SCOTT if it’s not too much of a bother, would you and Jean mind showing SEAN and MOIRA around downtown.


SCOTT
Sure


MOIRA
No, we couldn’t impose


SCOTT
No trouble
(beat)
I’ll call Jean.
SCOTT exits the room.

MOIRA
Charles...


SEAN
We won’t get between the boy and his lady...
(beat)
You’re fine with being here alone


XAVIER
It’s no trouble...I have some work to attend to.

INT. LANG COMMUNICATIONS - LANG’S OFFICE

STEVEN LANG, a businessman and inventor, sits in his office on the phone. He is talking, apparently small talk, with a man on the other line. In the other hand he holds a file, which he is reading.

LANG
I shot seventy three
(beat)
whatever
(audable laughter on the other side)
yeah, yeah, yeah
(long beat)
Okay, tell your wife I said hi...
(beat)
mmm-hmm, bye.

A man stands across from LANG, his name is Eric Red; a former Soviet.

LANG
How are the unit production.


Eric
Completed, they will be sent out tonight.


LANG
What about my prototype...


Eric
We still have gliches, but I am sure he will be operational...


LANG
(cutting him off)

Eric
...yes


LANG
Is the shuttle ready for launch?


Eric
We merely await your pressence.


LANG
Excellent

LANG presses a button on his phone, it beeps through to the SECRETARY.

LANG
Debra?


DEBRA (V.O.)
Yes Mr. LANG


LANG
I have a plane flight tonight to RUSSIA, can you arrange an escort to the airport for me and Mr. Eric Red.

LANG gets up from his desk, placing the file on his DESK face up
CAMERA CLOSE UP on FILE, it reads:

"PROJECT WIDEAWAKE: SENTINEL DESIGN
BOLIVAR TRASK"

INT. RESTAURANT - BALLROOM

The RESTAURANT is a grand ballroom-esque type place. There is a classical BAND playing in the background. CHRISTMAS decorations surround the architecture. It’s centerpiece is a giant Christmas tree.
The great and tall windows on the building reveal the RESTAURANT is rather high off the ground as we can see the New York skyline.
The group walks inside.

CUT TO SEAN, MOIRA, SCOTT and JEAN sitting at a TABLE, circular with white trimmings. The two are chatting it up. Their appetiezes have come and gone, there is already bread and wine on the table.

SEAN
...And that is how we met the Professor.


MOIRA
Yes he travels all over the world helping young mutants just like yerselves.


SCOTT
That is so great.
(Beat)

In the background music starts to play.

JEAN gets up from the table and takes SCOTT’s hand. SCOTT gets up and the two walk towards the dance floor.

CUT TO SCOTT and JEAN dancing. The CAMERA focused on their every movement. SCOTT and JEAN have never appeared happier.

CUT TO SEAN and MOIRA watching patiently from the TABLE

CUT TO JEAN and SCOTT dancing. Nothing could ruin this moment.

SUDDENLY the sound of the ceiling creaking cuts into the music.
CUT TO Patron with perplexed look on his face as he watches a DARK, and MASSIVE form loom outside the WINDOW.

CRASH!

CUT TO SENTINEL crashing his hand through the rooftop. Behind him yet another SENTINEL unit is visible.

SENTINEL 1
MUTANT SIGNATURE: JEAN GREY, MUTANT SIGNATURE: SCOTT SUMMERS; DETECTED.

The first SENTINEL reaches down a grabs JEAN GREY in his palm. He picks her up and carries her over to his other hand.

SCOTT (O.C.)
JEAN!

CLOSE UP on JEAN as the robots other HAND sprays a gas in her general direction. JEAN passes out.

SCOTT attempts to fire off a blast but is caught in between a mob of people evacuating. Eventually the mob clears. As SCOTT raises his hand to remove his glasses a second SENTINEL grabs him and begins to walk towards the window.

CUT TO SENTINEL 1 leaving the hole in the roof/side of building with JEAN GREY.

CUT TO SCOTT as he frees an arm moves it to his glasses and raises them. SCOTT’s OPTIC BLAST goes through the SENTINEL’s neck, decapitating it. The SENTINEL falls backwards, through the hole in the building, dropping SCOTT.

CUT TO EXT. BUILDING. The SENTINEL falls out the side. SCOTT begins free falling from the top floor after he is dropped.

CUT TO EXT. BUILDING. SCOTT FALLING. His thoughts race, for sure he is a goner. JUST THEN a sound cuts through the night, piercing and shrieking like a BANSHEE.

BANSHEE (SEAN CASSIDY) catches SCOTT is mid free fall, and flies him safely to the ground below.

CUT TO GROUND. SCOTT and BANSHEE stand in a crowd of news reporters, fire fighters and police all huddled around a SENTINEL who has crashed on the pavement.

CUT TO X-MANSION - XAVIER’s STUDY.

XAVIER’s turns his head away from his book.

CAMERA ON SCOTT and SEAN standing in the doorway. SEAN is supporting SCOTT whose clothes are ripped and appears worn out.

CUT TO X-MANSION - WAR ROOM.

XAVIER, SCOTT, SEAN and MOIRA stand inside. SCOTT has an ice pack on his LEFT SHOULDER, he has removed his tattered sport coat. SEAN is in casual clothing now. MOIRA still wearing what she had on before. XAVIER sits in between a bank of televisions with NEWSCASTS covering the event.

SCOTT
None of them...?


XAVIER
I have not been able to contact any of the X-Men.


SCOTT
...we must assume the worst then.


XAVIER
I am afraid so.


SEAN
Scotty and I are tough, but we could never...


XAVIER
(interrupting)
No, you couldn’t.
(Beat)
That is why, I am going to enlist some help.

XAVIER takes out a piece of paper.

XAVIER (CON’T)
When I formed the X-Men, there were several mutants who were unavailable at the time. However now they have become our last hope.

CUT TO GARAGE. SCOTT and MOIRA getting in a CAR

XAVIER (V.O.)
SCOTT, you and MOIRA will head to ONTARIO, CANADA to retrieve our first Mutant from the bureau of CANADIAN SECURITY.

CUT TO X-JET HANGER. SEAN and XAVIER boarding the X-JET

XAVIER (V.O. CON’T)
Meanwhile SEAN and I will be going overseas to retrieve the rest.

CUT TO EXT. SKY. X-JET FLYING

XAVIER (V.O. CON’T)
Their abilities and appearances may be all-new or all-different to you, but remember these will be our new compatriots. This is a SECOND GENESIS, a REBIRTH for my X-MEN.​
 
These ideas are great but theres one problem. Wolverine. The general population who have come to associate the X-men with him will be wondering where he is. I don't want him heavily influenced either but I think we all know that if there was another X-men series, Wolverine would be the first person on the list to be a cast member

Ummmm....he is in this. In fact I think he is introduced in the very next scene. Not sure how familiar you are with the comics, but in essence this is Giant Sized X-Men.

And the X-Men is NOT Wolverine, despite what the general public may think. Wolverine does not have to be in every movie or show associated with X-Men. X-Men ran several popular books, and even a successful show (X-Men Evolution) that did not make Wolverine the end all be all. These movies give a chance to tell the WHOLE X-Men story with ALL the important characters.

Had FOX had the foresight to write these movies correctly, even if that meant an original five movie, the general public would not think Wolverine is what X-Men is about.
 
CUT TO EXT. AFRICAN JUNGLE.

The X-JET slowly touches down in an AFRICAN JUNGLE clearing.

CUT TO INT. X-JET ramp lowering.

CUT TO EXT X-JET ramp lowered. SEAN wheels XAVIER out onto the ground. They follow into a forrest. CAMERA ON activity going on ahead of them. Up from the Forrest seems to be smoke from a pire burning.

CHANTING can be heard as they approach.

CUT TO AFRICAN CEREMONY - DUSK.

A beautiful black goddess dressed in the finest of local clothing stands atop a pedestal and raises herself in the air on a gust of WIND. Her name is ORORO MUNROE, but the natives call her "TUFANI" (the Swahili word for "STORM"). They chant this name repeatedly.

XAVIER and SEAN draw close but several of the NATIVES surround them, pointing spears and weaponry.

NATIVE
No one approaches the Goddess!

CUT TO Thunderbolt as it comes down, dispersing the CROWD of NATIVES.
Ororo settles down between the crowd, right in front of Charles Xavier.

ORORO
WHO are you? And what business do you have here.


XAVIER
My name is Charles Xavier, and I have come to make you an offer I pray you will not refuse.


ORORO
What can you offer a Goddess?


XAVIER
You have a LAND and PEOPLE who ADORE you, that I cannot offer.
(Beat)
Instead I offer you a world where people may fear and even HATE you, but who need your help none the less.


NATIVE
Pathetic


ORORO
(sharply)
Silence!


XAVIER
The world I offer you is not beautiful as this one is, but it is real. Far more real than the fantasy you are living now.


NATIVE
This man speaks treason.

ORORO turns towards the NATIVE and grabs him close.

ORORO
You will hold your tongue.

ORORO lets go, returning her attention to XAVIER.

XAVIER
I know you are not a Goddess

ORORO seems taken aback.

XAVIER
(beat)
You are a mutant.

The words of XAVIER cut ORORO deep like a butchers knife.

XAVIER (V.O. IN ORORO’s HEAD)
You are not so different you or I. Come with me ORORO, while the world outside is bitter, it’s rewards are sweet. But only if you fulfill your responsibilities to it.

CUT TO CAMERA ON ORORO standing across from XAVIER. The NATIVE people have now calmed themselves.

ORORO
I sense great sincerity in your words.
(To Natives)
People of this land. It has come time for me to leave this nest and return to the world from where I came.
(Beat)
You will survive my absence.

CUT TO EXT. CANADIAN BUREAU OF SECURITY. A CAR pulls up to the gate, the guard lets them through.

CUT TO INT. OF OFFICE. CLOSE UP ON MAN with Mutton Chops pounding open a door. He has a cigar in his mouth, which he removes with his other hand. His name is LOGAN, we know him better as WOLVERINE.

LOGAN
Alright, I’m here bub...
(beat)
Now who is this bigwig who wants to see me.

CAMERA ON INT. OF OFFICE. In it stands SCOTT, MOIRA and CHASEN; WOLVERINE commission officer.

CHASEN
This is...?


SCOTT
SCOTT SUMMERS...I am here on behalf of Professor Xavier.


CHASEN
What, he couldn’t show...yeah, so these guys tell me they have an offer for you, LOGAN.


LOGAN
Oh, what these dorks gonna offer me.


SCOTT
The chance to do some real good for mutantkind, Logan.


LOGAN
Been there, done that, chief.

LOGAN replaces the cigar in his mouth and motions back for the door.

SCOTT
What if I told you this offer means no more red tape.


LOGAN
(turning around again)
You mean I’d be a free agent?


SCOTT
No more contracts; you can come and go as you please.


LOGAN
You got yerself a deal four-eyes.

SCOTT and LOGAN shake hands. But CHASEN moves in to break it up.

CHASEN
WEAPON X, you will not forget about your commission to this Department.

LOGAN runs up grabbing CHASEN, the slams him into a wall.

CUT TO CLOSE UP on LOGAN who is face to face with CHASEN.

LOGAN
Your little "Weapon X program" ****ed up my memory BUB! If you think for one second I am sticking around this dump, you can forget it.
(Beat)
So, I’m resigning my commission.

CUT TO LOGAN popping his claws, the two outside claws framing CHASEN’s face.

CLOSE UP on the middle claw as it slowly goes closer and closer to CHASEN’s chin.

CUT TO LOGAN’s face.

LOGAN
Effective immediately.​
CUT TO SHOT of OFFICE from adjacent to CHASEN’s POV. CHASEN slowly drops down to the floor holding his throat and coughing. LOGAN, SCOTT and MOIRA exit

FADE OUT.

FADE IN.

EXT. RUSSIAN FARM - DAY

CLOSE UP on GIRL playing in the field with a ragdoll. The girl sits idly as if she has not a care in the world.

CUT TO an unmanned Tractor smashing through a fence. Three men jump out of it’s way.

CUT BACK TO GIRL playing.

CAMERA ON GIRL, who is slightly facing the CAMERA, her back turned to the runaway TRACTOR which is heading right towards her.

CUT TO Two men tilling a field. The little GIRL screams, causing both men to afix their gaze off CAMERA. ONE of the men points. The other, a large young man, runs towards the Tractor.

CAMERA ON man running, as he runs his body morphs into an organic metal.

CAMERA ON GIRL about to be run over. SUDDENLY The metallic man stops in front of the TRACTOR, which CRASHES. BOOM!. The TRACTOR contorts around the metal man. He is PIOTR RASPUTIN, but we shall come to know him as Colossus.

He steps out of the rubble, to cheering and adulation. He picks up the girl, her name is Illyana.

ILLYANA
PIOTR!

The little girl wraps her arms around his chest.

PIOTR places her down on the ground again.

CUT TO XAVIER approaching the young FARMER in his wheelchair, accompanied by SEAN.

XAVIER
That is quiet a power you have, PIOTR RASPUTIN.


PIOTR
(shying away from XAVIER)
My talents are not special, I have witnessed other men as strong as I.


XAVIER
You underestimate your greatness.


PIOTR
My power belongs to my countrymen, and my family...


XAVIER
...Your power belongs to the world.
(Beat)
And now more than ever the world has great need of you.

ANGLE ON PIOTR as he slowly turns his head towards XAVIER.

PIOTR looks almost taken aback by the faith XAVIER has in him. PIOTR turns his head and looks back at his SISTER ILLYANA. She smiles.
CUT TO FAR AWAY shot of XAVIER and SEAN leaving. PIOTR begins to follow them as they leave.

FADE OUT

FADE IN

EXT. GERMAN TOWN - NIGHT

ANGEL ON ROOFTOP. A top the roof stands a sillohetted figure. Blue skin. He is in a guarded position as an angry MOB in the STREETS below hurls fruit and flaming objects at the young MUTANT. He also seems to possess a tail, long like a devil’s tail.

CUT TO SHOT of figure as he jumps on the roof, almost like an ACROBAT.

He descends towards the crowd. The CAMERA is on the figure from the crowds POV. He makes a noise like that of a DEMON as he descends. He is the incredible NIGHTCRAWLER, otherwise known as KURT WAGNER. He is wearing red and blue tights, like that of a circus performer.

Before hitting the crowd he disappears in a cloud of smoke.

CUT TO NIGHTCRAWLER reappearing on yet another rooftop. He prepares to jump to another as the MOB chases him. A flaming stick is hurled.

ANGLE ON NIGHTCRAWLER frozen watching the stick coming towards him. Right before it hits again he disappears.

CUT TO NIGHTCRAWLER reappearing in front of the MOB on the STREET BELOW.

MOB MEMBER
Dort ist er!

NIGHTCRAWLER RUNS. The MOB begins to chase him. He runs down a another street.

CUT TO NEXT STREET. ANGLE ON NIGHTCRAWLER starring at a deadend. The MOB has cornered him. They move in closer, closer, closer.

SUDDENLY they stop in mid movement as if frozen in time.

CUT TO CLOSE UP ON NIGHTCRAWLER as he approaches a MOB MEMBER. He reaches out a hand to touch his statue-esque form.

NIGHTCRAWLER
...vas?

Just as NIGHTCRAWLER is about to touch him the crowd moves. But not towards NIGHTCRAWLER. They part, as if they were the red sea. They clear a path directly down the middle. A wurring noise is distinctly heard.
CUT TO ANGEL ON XAVIER as his form becomes clear from the SHADOWS.
CUT TO NIGHTCRAWLER perplexed.

NIGHTCRAWLER
Did...did you do this?


XAVIER
Yes.


NIGHTCRAWLER
Why?


XAVIER
Because you and I are both mutants.


NIGHTCRAWLER
If that is what I am, I do not wish to be.


XAVIER
Kurt

NIGHTCRAWLER looks up at the sound of his name.

XAVIER (CON'T)
Come with me, let me help you.


NIGHTCRAWLER
Are you saying you can make me normal


XAVIER
If what you mean by normal, is like these men here. After tonight, do you truly want to be.


NIGHTCRAWLER
I suppose not.


XAVIER
KURT, I can never make you normal, but I can teach you to be unique.

CUT TO NIGHTCRAWLER as he looks around the crowd. He looks back at the man we know as XAVIER.

NIGHTCRAWLER
Then I shall go with you.

FADE OUT

FADE IN

EXT X-MANSION DRIVEWAY - DAY

CUT TO shot of SCOTT and MOIRA’s car pulling up to the X-MANSION
CUT TO INT. X-MANSION STAIRWELL. The NEW X-MEN are standing on the STAIRWELL all dressed in costumes. WILD costumes, like those of SPIDER-MAN or SUPERMAN. Blues and golds, blacks and yellows, they stand in wonderment of each other. As if they have gone through a REBIRTH, a SECOND GENESIS.

ANGEL ON PROFESSOR XAVIER as he wheels into the room. WOLVERINE (aka LOGAN) and SEAN (not in costume) remove the cigar and pipes from their mouths respectively. WOLVERINE puts his cigar out in an ashtray sitting on the steps.

STORM
These costumes...


XAVIER
A design unique to the school
CUT TO WOLVERINE, looking somewhat displeased with his new wears

WOLVERINE
I look like a freaking clown.


XAVIER
Ahem...well, I’m glad we are ready then. This man will explain the situation which brings you all here.

CUT TO ANGLE ON a DOUBLE DOORWAY slam open. CAMERA on SCOTT SUMMERS now dressed as CYCLOPS. His strong arms spread wide as he opens the doors.

CYCLOPS
Hello everyone, my name is CYCLOPS. And our situation is one most dire.
(Beat- Cyclops turning to motion them into the room)

INT. SUB BASEMENT HALLWAY

CUT TO the X-Men entering a COMPUTER ROOM through an ELEVATOR to the sub basement. CYCLOPS leads them into a grand room. It is domed and in the middle of a big clean metallic floor sits a consol, CEREBRO.
INT. CEREBRO

CYCLOPS
This is CEREBRO, a machine capable of finding any mutant on the planet
(beat)
Except the original X-MEN.

CUT TO CLOSE UP on CYCLOPS as he pressed a button on the consol.
CUT TO a FLAT SCREEN TELEVISION. VERY LARGE coming up from the FLOOR of the CEREBRO ROOM.

The SCREEN begins to show images of the ORIGINAL X-MEN fighting. It goes through images of the individuals.

CUT TO WOLVERINE standing next to NIGHTCRAWLER.

WOLVERINE
(to NIGHTCRAWLER)
Dibs on the redhead.

CUT BACK TO CYCLOPS

CYCLOPS
Our friends, were captured by the SENTINELS, one of the most deadly threats to the mutant community.


STORM
In Africa we only heard rumors of such things.


CYCLOPS
Well they are real STORM, very real.
(Beat)
You four new X-Men are going to accompany me to the island of Krakoa.
(Beat)
There a man named Trask, the SENTINELS inventor, has been placed in EXILE.
(Beat)
I won’t lie to you, this mission could be potentially very dangerous.


STORM
We pledged to help you, CYCLOPS, and I for one will see to your friends recovery.


CYCLOPS
Thanks.
(Beat)
Alright, everyone get prepped and meet me at the HANGER.

AT THAT POINT the TV DESCENDS back into place. The NEW X-MEN, STORM, NIGHTCRAWLER and COLOSSUS leave the room. However before CYCLOPS can follow, WOLVERINE pulls him aside.

WOLVERINE
(to CYCLOPS)
Look, bub, you promised I’d be a free agent, could come and go...what’s all this missions crap.


CYCLOPS
If your scared, then leave...


WOLVERINE
(popping his claws to CYCLOPS)
I ain’t scared of nothing pretty boy.
(Beat)
I’ll help you on this one thing, then...I’m gone, got it.


WOLVERINE storms out the room.​

FADE OUT.

Listen, you're preaching to the choir! I don't want the movies to be all about Wolverine. And of course Im familar with Giant Size X-men, I've read it several times and I know the history very well. But that won't stop the general population wanting Wolverine. Hes the marketable franchise and I doubt there will ever be an X-men film without him in it, even if it is based on the source material.

1) Well I honestly don't think I have to worry about my fan script being marketed to the general public to be fair. And 2) I think the general public only wants Wolverine because of the Singer/Ratner FOX X-franchise. The general public actually at one time...and that time was none to long ago...did not know nor care about Wolverine. But the movies made him a more popular and recognizable character. And also at one time X-Men itself was popular without the recognizable mutant Wolverine. Same concept applies. If you think Wolverine is marketable, then logically you should be able to introduce him the exact same way as you did to the comic reading public years ago. Xavier and Magneto are more than enough to carry a movie, heck FOX seems to agree with that...giving them their own in a young Magneto film.
