this was a pretty good issue and wonderfully drawn by shane davis. from the revelations in 52 about booster gold and now this new reincarnated version of captain comet, it seems the universe and the meaning of death has become very screwy. people who have died are now being reincanated, does anyone think booster and this new comet have have monitors assigned to them as well? also it seemed heavily hinted in issue 18 of 52 that the weird is involved or just mystery in space as a whole, i guess we should stay tuned.

but this was a good set up issue, a bit to long winded in the story department tho.

I didn't pick it up yet but Captain Comet's cool so I think it'll be interesting, it seems like they're doing minis of old comic book names. This and Unexpected something or other sound like old comic titles.
