Song 2, 2nd verse (title still required):
2.
I pushed my soul in a deep dark hole and then I followed it in
I watched myself crawlin' out as I was a-crawlin' in
I got up so tight I couldn't unwind
I saw so much I broke my mind
[...]

Song 3, 2nd verse (band and title still needed):
3.
Alli estaba a la entrada
Y las campanas a sonar
Y me di con llamarme mismo
Que es puerta del cielo
Ella enciende una vela
En muestra del camino
Suenan voces en el corredor
Y lo que indican diciend

Song 4, verse 2 (title still needed)
4:
Well when you're sitting back in your rose pink cadillac
Making bets on Kentucky Derby Day
Ah, I'll be in my basement room with a needle and a spoon
And another girl to take my pain away

Theme is still up for grabs as well.

Hudson : + 2 = 2
Wall_Crawler_2003 : 2 + = 2
Comicgirl : 1 + = 1
Hollow Wood Director : 1 + = 1
Plas : 1 + = 1

Are my choices that hard? Ok. Final clues:

Song 2, bridge:
2.
Someone painted "April Fool" in big black letters on a "Dead End" sign
I had my foot on the gas as I left the road and blew out my mind
Eight miles outta Memphis and I got no spare
Eight miles straight up downtown somewhere
[...]

Remember, Risky correctly named Kenny Rogers as the artist. Just supply the title.

Song 3, a few more verses. If anyone speaks Spanish, they can probably figure it out. I'd like the name of the band that does this version, but at this point, I'll take any.
3.
Ella al lado que brillaba
Tenia una Mercedes
Rodeada de chicos guapos
Ella llamaba amigos

Cuando viene despacio
Del tumba de verano
Aquel era pa recordar
Y otro pa olvidar

Le pedi al capitan
Que sirve el vino
Y pedi con un amor
Tenido este alcohol
De este sesenta y nueve
Famosa y que llamando
Pues me va a despertar
La noche para decir

Both band and song title are up for grabs.

Song 4 has no more verses. Hint: to stay in the theme, the original band won't help. Even though I'll take that as the answer, it may not help you with the theme.

The theme is also up for grabs. It's a little different from past themes; it shares no common word. It's certainly more obvious than bands from Woodstock (sorry, TT).

Any guesses?

I thought these would be much easier. Apparently, my finger is not on the musical pulse of today. :(

*. After someone gets the theme, you'll see why the band is not sticking within the theme, but at this point, it don't matter. This round should just be over. :(

2) Just dropped in (To see what Condition my Condition was in)
Kenny Rogers

* Only one left (and the theme, but if nobody gets it, I'm moving on, anyway).

I heard from this girl that saw him pass out at the malt shop that he was really really sick and they were going to take.....

*Ben Stien opens a can of whoop ass*

If I really gave a S*** I would call and ask, but I don't and the next time you even think of breathing in my class remember this, I have a loaded shotgun at my desk pointed directly at you.

No sir. Good guess, but as I said before, "The theme is also up for grabs. It's a little different from past themes; it shares no common word. It's certainly more obvious than bands from Woodstock (sorry, TT)."

Is the theme that you posted all the songs?

Maybe...

Kind of......

Even a little?
