I thought it might be about time to start a Thread, as the game is only 3 months away. The last couple Naruto Threads weren't really active, but what the hell.

I wish there were more players around here. I'm really looking forward to playing in the war and fighting against the huge bosses.

Few games have boss battles as well done, fun, visually exciting and freaking epic like the Storm games.

I also really wished they would leave the game for 2014. This way, they would be able to fit the rest of the story in the game. By releasing it in March, they'll probably stop the story at the moment Madara is revealed and leave the rest out.

I hope they improved some characters and added more moves. I was happy that I finally got to play as Zabuza in Ninja Storm Generations, but he barely had any moves compared to the very first PS2 game. All he had in Generations was his Water Dragon and Hidden Mist Ultimate.

We could also use more jutsus in the PS2 games with one character and even customize some ninjas with a jutsu that they didn't have, like giving Rasengan to Itachi. I wish they could bring this back, too.

I bet that's exactly what CyberConnect2 will do for the PS4 once their Storm series is done.

Maybe they'll even let we create our own ninja for a new and original story.

Hey, sorry to bump this thread, but i'm playing the first Ultimate ninja storm game right now, and what the hell is up with these "take 10000 steps" and "play 6 hours" to continue the story missions? Does the game still force me these s***y missions to play the story along with trading ramens or will this no longer be needed?

Honestly, I cannot answer that. I always avoid having to play the story and try to find saves that unlock all characters for me. But good thing that you've bumped this back up. Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is getting an update. 1 additional character, revamped cinematics, new Missions, and it's also coming to PC.

Ultimate Ninja Storm 3: Full Burst Brings Naruto Battles To PC

Announced yesterday during the Japan Expo in Paris, Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is getting an upgrade this winter, with fresh missions, enhanced visuals, a new playable character and — most importantly — a PC version. Good thing I didn't buy the game yet.

Namco Bandai is calling this enhanced version of the last installment of CyberConnect2's long-running franchise Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3: Full Burst. The new installemnt pads the already lengthy storm mode with a new chapter, pitting the Uchiha brothers against new playable character Sage Mode Kabuto. There'll be 100 new missions to keep players occupied, revamped cinematics, and all 38 DLC costumes will be included in the pack as well.

The fresh content (sans costumes) will be available as a downloadable add-on for owners of the original game on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The coolest news, however, is the debut of the series on PC. This is not the sort of title I'd ever expected to see make the trip to my platform of choice, and even though I played through the original on PlayStation 3, I can't wait to do it all over again on my gaming rig.

It's a sign of the times, my friends. The lines between console and PC are blurring more every day, as more publishers slip across the border from console country. It's where the flavor is.

I haven't played any of these since the very first one that came out. Read the manga up to Naruto meeting the 8 tailed's host. I enjoyed it.

I go to gamefaqs, download one of the saves and just transfer it to my PS3 with an USB stick.

Didn't know that was possible, it's as easy as downloading to my usb disk and putting on the playstation? No strings atached like corrupting the ps3 or not allowing me to go the playstation network?

There's no activation process. You just load the game like normal. Here's the Gamefaqs page for the Ultimate Ninja Storm saves. And you need to be careful and make sure to download the proper save, because there are saves from different regions.

Yeah, i downloaded the European version because i'm from Europe, but while i have the USB stick the ps3 when i go to the load game part the only save data that appears is my old one. Do i have to give the save a certain name?

I didn't play Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 but is there any noteworthy update to the combat system? I remember that Generations made the substitution jutsu easier, which is something i'm glad they did.

One aspect from the previous games i would like them to change is the use of the objects using the arrows buttons, instead of putting ramen and the other little things that don't really do much, they should either put object they use often in the series or put more techniques there.

Yes, you can change now what you use for the arrow buttons. There are more offensive and defensive tools.
Besides, you can now make team attacks too.

The change I am most happy about, is that you finally can use your custom soundtracks on the PS3 version of UNS3.

Finally I'll be able to play this in the background as I unleash hell as Zabuza.
