They “maybe” were comparable. The difference is Bowie and Jordan went two and three. Kobe and Fuller went much later. Bowie, at least, Had some talent and his career was derailed by injuries. Fuller wasn’t even a good scrub.

The thought of a Jordan and Drexler back court makes my head spin.

thanx to the desperate Timberwolves the trade market is screwed knicks would be giving up alot of draft picks for him and yes they not worth what they are in the NFL but he's not a difference making players he just could score and to pair him up with Brunson we will have a nice scoring duo but shortest back coursts in the league Defensively we will get eaten alive by the big guards in the league and Giannis will average 45 against us next year

so to answer your question NOT AT ALL

    LOLOL

Sam Bowie was an absolute beast in college. It was unfortunate that he shattered his leg before his pro career ever started. He had the potential to have rivaled if not bettered Olajuwon.

i'd like to see the Bucks make at least one more decent pickup in the off season

there's a couple veteran free agents still out there that could maybe help them make a finals push again this year. like Lamarcus Aldridge, although I wouldn't sign for more than 1 year with him.
michael carter williams is a seasoned player who needs to get away from Orlando. and I think Jarrett Culver has potential if he can find the right team to grow. maybe not the bucks, but also, but not not the bucks.

i might take all the back because i forgot about the Ingles pick up. I really like that addition. It opens up the floor even more with him and Khris on the perimeter.

That is very, very sad news. On court, there's not a lot more that can be said. Off the court he had his challenges, but he faced them honestly and with dignity.

Griner is being played as a political pawn right now. Literally caught in real world war. The US will get her back when they can Im sure. WNBA players should never go back to Russia ever again.

Yeah...its hard not to think that there isnt a political sentiment regarding Britney Griner here.

Wish she'd come home to US soon.

First knew Griner exactly one year ago in the 2021 Olympics Finals.

I remember she's trending here as the game went on. She was referred as "America's No.15" in Japan :D (thats her jersey number at the time)
Because how easily she is when scoring under the basket and how tiny our players compared to her size, she was compared to this manga character from Slam Dunk when this character was also the tallest player on the team and how easily this player can get score under the basket.

That said...hope the best for her to get back home soon.

And....I am very thrilled to see the continuation of the KD saga :D

Boston, Miami and Toronto are the front runners for him right now.

Just hope he goes to Boston or Miami but Nets seems to be asking too much.

Jaylen Brown + Derrick White + a pick isnt enough??

And they want a reigning Rookie of the year as part of the trade??

    Nets are greedy.. lol.

If (and this is a BIG IF) Russ stays with the Lakers and either he or Pat Bev would play off ball at the 2, this has the chance of being a very interesting team. They would still need AD and Lebron to stay healthy. But I’m very intrigued.

I'm thinking the Lakers got someone whose best days are behind them. He doesn't have a lot of wear on his tires, but still.....

Who in the hell is going to take on Westbrook's contract? I mean it's up after this year, so I could see someone clearing their cap space for next year, but still.....

i really wish Westbrook would've stuck another year out with Washington. I would've liked to see what they would've done with another year as a unit and the extra year of experience on their bigs

I am hard headed. I know that Westbrook has probably seen better days and is over the hill. But I’m a Laker fan and I’ve always been a Westbrook fan. And doggone it, I am going to will this all to work out.

Bruh....I thought "I" was an optimist. I like Russ too. We went to the same high school and I also attended UCLA for a time. I think he's still a very good player, but I don't think he's a good fit with the Lakers. There might be some teams out there who aren't contenders this year who are looking to dump salary, but that's the only way I see a trade happening. Those teams, however, probably don't want to give up a lot of what they do have.

So KD chose to stay with Brooklyn. So did Kyrie.

I am curious to see how they play with Ben Simmons as a unit. Hopefully they can play more games this season than the previous 3 seasons combined. In the previous 3 seasons.. I counted that both KD and Kyrie never played together for more than 25 games.

Hopefully this season changes that they both can stay healthy all season.

And just heard that Brooklyn signed Yuta Watanabe.

    Congratulations, Yuta-kun :)

Hope he will have more opportunity to play more minutes than he was in Toronto.

And this means Brooklyn Nets will also have more coverages in Japan :) (just like Washington and Toronto). I'd imagine the increase for merchandise sales too.
