Need help learning to recolor pictures...

Hi I have an image I'm trying to recolor and was wondering if anyone can help me learn to do that. If you have any instructions, tips, etc. then post them here and I'll try to use it to help me do my image. Thanks

You need to post the image before anyone is going to give you any advice. Recoloring is a very broad topic. We need to see the pic to know what needs work.
