i saw this movie a long time ago, i have no idea who was in it, who did it, when it was made, nothing. all i know is some random stuff from the plot that has haunted me for over 10 years. All I know is that it's a black and white film.
ok there was this old folks hospital and they were short handed and were expecting a new nurse to come and help relieve the staff. there was a bigass storm and the nurse didn't show up until late that night. when she got there, she acted very strangely and the staff was kinda weirded out but happy that there was more help. anyway a bunch of weird **** happens and some old folks start dying randomly. eventually someone at the hospital gets a message that the local prison has had a breakout and to report anything suspicious. it turns out the prisoner had killed the actual nurse, dressed up in her clothes, and pretended to be her at the old folks home and started killing old people. the single most terrifying part of the whole movie which still haunts me, was this one patient was an old crippled woman who had a pet dog that would lick her hands when she was doing badly and it would help her get through the pain. well one scene you can see her laying in pain and hear the licking of her hand and the camera pans over and you see the dog is dead in the corner... which means the crazy dude was licking her hand.
