Neighbors are scary

I found this gem on one of my many message boards:

Well, this has been a long time coming.

I have a neighbor who from word of mouth I have heard is a tranny. Never having personally seen him in his attire, I could not really make the connection.

I have been living here for about 4 years and he has been NOTHING short of a PITA. When I first moved in he would just constantly come over while I was outside with my friends and yell at us about where we should be parking. Where we parked had nothing to do with him, it was not even remotely by his house.

While he is my neighbor, he does not live on the same block like area(town house), he lives just to the right of my house on the next block. I can easily see him when I am in my drive way.

The guys name is Kevin. He is by all means CRAZY. It will be 100 degrees outside and this guy has on, a turtle neck, a poncho, and a heavier coat over that. Same outfit day after day... etc.

He obviously smells like week old road kill.

Today I pulled my car out as I do every morning and did my usual routine of letting the car warm up and I could not believe what I was seeing in front of me at 9:00am (late day).

I pulled up to take pics and he started chasing me in his high heels. lol
This is constant occurrence. He has been arrested for harassing me and my neighbors and was even told by the police that when they took him to the station, he had womens clothes on underneath all his other clothes. Now I have seen it first hand. Enjoy.
