In a reimagined history, a mysterious disease besets 18th century France, culminating in a brutal clash between rebels and the aristocracy.

Well, doesn’t the premise of this show seem timely.

Seriously, though, this looks great. I’m always intrigued by alternate history premises.

I finished the season.
It has been a long time since I watched a French TV show (we do very few fantasy or scifi).

I think if you like the movie Brotherhood of the Wolf, you may also like this show.
