It could be tons better. It has neat characters, albeit misplaced for an Avengers team. But it just...it doesn't execute nearly as well as it should.
Pros: Iron Man, the Sentry, and Ms. Marvel/Warbird/Binary/Whatever she's calling herself now.
Cons: Wolverine, dragged out unnecessary story lines, appearances made by someone who doesn't want to be an Avenger but makes MORE appearances than two of the already casted Avengers, (don't even know what happened to Ronin), no Void attack yet (the one we got was totally weak. I wanted to see Void corrupting souls and stuff), Wolverine, the fact that Tony said Wolverine was a justified killer simply because once upon a time, he was a samurai warrior or some bull crap Wolverine never actually seems to bide by, Luke Cage is basically the insert pro black showing how the man brings black people down type, which seems overplayed anymore (I wish he'd just get over it and focus more on his family or something, though that sit in was pure awesome), Spider Woman (God I hate her overrated ass), and the whole general feeling that if the Young Avengers decided to stomp in their headquarters, the New Avengers would be destroyed. Oh yeah, and Wolverine.
