Seriously, most of you need to get a life, it is a fictional character. it is not real life.
A character in a story must grow up and change, other wise the character after 40 years becomes stagnant and uninteresting.
Are you all the same as you were 5, 10, 15, 20 years ago, NO you arent!

Actually, he can hear just fine, now. Franklin Richards fixed that for him.

And DD is NOT lame. 4 years ago, I might've agreed, but Bendis and Brubaker have helped me see the light.
