The Amazing Spider-Man 2 New Electro art, but what's in the "eye?"

Ok, there's no actual eye reflection this go around, but in the middle monitor, the clip being viewed on the left.
I'm curious what's happening in there; at first I though it looked like the Lizard looming in the middle, but likely not (though it would be cool if they kept him around as an occasional relapse type of thing.)
But it does look like someone/thing. Wondering if that's a peek at an other possible villain?

btw, It looks like Electro to me. If only for the blue portion of it.

naah its really way to dark to tell. i just think its rhino because it will probably show his transformation and then cut to spidey in the day time not knowing he is about to make an encounter with rhino

I love speculating, but in this case, how are we to ever know what we're looking at? Even after the movie, is there really enough detail to even match it up to something we end up seeing in the movie?
