Transformers New Michael Bay Message "Teaser"

It has been awhile since I've posted. Finished shooting end of Sept., on budget, just came under $300,000. I beat Pearl by a $100,000. I had a great time making this movie, the cast and crew were amazing.
Today I just finished the new teaser for christmas and I think it's AWESOME! The trailer mixing Guru who does all the big summer movies turned to me and said with a little more ump - it was "****ing awesome".
I think some of my films have had good teasers but this one is just makes a statement. It's hard edged to show we are not a silly "toy" movie. We show just hints of robots - and almost none of our epic shots are in this teaser, but the movie just looks big. I had a room full of 20 tranformer, adult geeks, and they all applauded at the end.
It comes out the 22nd - see it in the theater! Let me know what you think.

i'm looking forward to this, should be a good indication of the direction of the flick, plus...it's Transformers. as dissatisfied as i am with some major things, it's still Transformers and they therefore can already count on my money in the bank.

just because the trailer hints at them doesnt mean they arent the star of the show. Everybody wants to know what they look like and they are gonna "tease" us with a glimpse

Yeah i wasnt too thrilled with the hints comment, but hey what do u expect they're not gonna show us the good stuff too soon.

Hopefully there'll be some good shots that will put an end to my doubts about this film.

Ugh...that show really messed it up for a lot of early 80s cool robot shows like Mazinger Z, Robotech, Voltron...etc. Now whenever someone mentions giant robots, it brings to mind images of pink and yellow rangers who strike these weird "jazz" poses before they jump into these truly boxy (if anything is boxy its them) robots and battle a scary looking old asian woman and a red guy who looks like a Shredder reject.

I'm excited. I have been a fan all my life, but I refuse to get as bent out of shape about all this as many of you seem to be. I am going to enjoy Bay's interpretation, as well as G1. Maybe they'll be close, maybe not. In the grand scheme of things, it really doesn;t matter.

Agreed. I'll be seeing both if Die Hard doesn't sound awful but I've already seen three of those movies before.

Only if his stunt double is Kate Beckinsale...even when he doesn't need one...and we don't see Bruce at all...just Kate...she's hotter then Megan.

This is great news, But still confused about the date of the trailer. Many sites reported that the trailer would be shown online on December 20th, But the info posted mentions the 22nd. Is there any confirmation whether there still sticking with the December 20th date for the trailer to be shown?
