So the 2009 Toy Fair in New York is wrapping up, and one of the items that caught my attention was this....

Here's a video of the Mattel "Mindflex" game in action...

This seems a bit science-fictionish at first glance, but I'm thinking that the little ball is lifted by fans that speed up or slow down based on brainwave activity.

"Joygasm!"

That guy probably realized that there was no toy.

Brainwaves used to power a fan. Oh how fun...

I'm trying to come up with a geekish joke about telekenisis but i can't :(.

I immediately thought of The Riddler from Batman Forever when I read the thread title. lol

The research and development process for the Mind Flex was not a pretty thing...

^That man's head was filled with Spaghetti-O's

You cant control it at all, its on a set path and starts when the head band senses brainwaves in action.

Kinda neat though.

It should work on fear. The more afraid you are the faster it bounces off your forehead.

New Mind Flex Plasmid! Hurl balls at your enemies or play fetch with your dog!
