Thought it was interesting since the Punisher teaser just came out. Didn't know TIH had a lot of hate at first...

Yeah, she is a former karate champion and her films in the past are supposed to be more what you would consider "guy" films.
It will be interesting to see what she does with Marvel's darkest character. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

She could easily kick your ass. World champion in both karate and kickboxing. She complained that they could not show heads blowing up in the Punisher trailer...

She has also worked as a stuntwoman. And she is highly skillfull, top education and has an oscar-nomination already.

So I hope you don't get the prejudice towards her, just cause she is a chick. She seems both badass and skilled.

No one hated the first TIH trailer, they just thought it looked crap.

I've only seen 1 of her films tbh - the very average 'Green Street' (or 'Green Street Hoolingans' for outside the UK), a film containing some of the most laugable cockney accents this side of Dick Van Dyke.

And I too would like to know what Lexi was nominated for.

When the first teaser came out I thought it looked absolutely ****ty. But when the second trailer came out, my mind changed. Hope the same happens with this film!

Got a nomination for the short film Johnny Flynton (never heard of it)

Saw Green Street Hooligans and really enjoyed it. I didn't notice how bad the accents were because I'm not from the UK. Good violence in the movie and not that fake/choreographed looking
