Homecoming New Spider-Man animated series coming in 2017

Yeah, the art is very clean and simple, which should make for killer action sequences. That's a big reason that the Spectacular show looked so amazing.

I feel like a lot of these alternate versions of Spider-Man exist just for diversity. Which isn't surprising coming from Dan Slott.

I'm thinking they want Miles and Gwen in the show for diversity (which has become such a buzz word these days).

Yeah, the art is nice. Tbh, Miles & Gwen have me a little intrigued. I'll probably give this a chance. At least they're better than teen versions of Nova, Tiger Iron fist & Power Man/Luke.

All this interview really confirmed is that the animation will be stylistically different from USM and the storytelling is different cause they're starting from the origin. Otherwise, I can't help but feel this will just be a spiritual successor to USM. Not a good thing imo.
