Revenge of the Fallen New Total Film article has some interesting tidbits.....

no unicron was bad.
there wasn't really a good version of unicron until the armada/energon/cybertron series came along(primus).

well if you bring unicron into the mix, i really don't know what he would be. i wouldn't see him as a god-like transformer though. he was a just a planet transformer that fed on other planets.
1. Thanks.
2. Unicron = Galactus?

I am liking the Fallen tidbit....although I can't imagine the Fallen appearing until the end so Megatron's resurrection will be interesting.

Not to sure about the Hound Dog thing...personally I wish Bay would leave the out the animalistic traits of certain Transformers (save for Ravage).

Loving the Starscream sub-plot. I imagine then Soundwave comes to Earth with a new batch of Transformers to search for Megatron and re-awaken the Fallen, while Starscream himself is perhaps looking to destroy any chance of the Decepticons finding either in the hope he will be the leader. Who knows, this could see Starscream's demise.

Primus= Good

Unicron= Bad

how in the world they both became giant transforming planets is beyond me but i believe it was Primus who created the first 13 transformers.

......though not sure if any are true, they have had things wrong in the past about TF2, like the Dinobots being in TF2, but here's the main points from it:

-Hound is in the movie, he is a military vehicle and in robot mode he is dog shaped.
-The Fallen has the power to resurrect 'fallen' Transformers
-Starscream pursues his own course through the movie on his own, with no loyalty to anyone.

Interesting stuff to say the least, but as I said above, they have been wrong before. Hope the one about Hound having a dog-like robot mode is wrong though.

- I think hound is a seperate character from ravage. Because ravage doesnt look like he'd trasnformer into a military vehicle by his exterior.

- If thats true then it would be awesome, and it would explain why megatron is back

- I kinda like that idea. I'd like to see how that plays out but what is his reasoning for doing it?

For those wanting a link, it was an article in the new Total Film magazine here in the UK, so I dont have a link.

Also, just be clear, they didnt state that Ravage and Hound were the same character, just that Hound is a military vehicle but his robot form resembles a dog.

Says in the article for the good of species, so sounds like it carries on from Reign Of Starscream comic.

Just wondering, is Megatron going to be in this movie?

Actually the Analogy would be for Unicron to be Satan wheras the Fallen is one of his chief demons.

Of course, this is on the premise that God and Satan have equal power which in religion they do not as Satan/Lucifer was an arch-angel who fell.

Starscream is going to wake up The Fallen, I'd bet on it. he'll think he can control or manipulate him in some way...and find out he's not as smart as he thinks.

Why make arbitrary changes to so many iconic characters? It's not like their inspired improvements.

"Lets give Devestator tires for neck and four green eyes! and make Hound a dog cuz his name is Hound!""

"yeah! wanna do another line"

"hell yes!"

*snooooort*

Hound's not in the movie, trust me. It's only been mentioned that Ravage and Lazerbeak are.

And for a messiah, you're an idiot.

Is 'hope' your "catch-em'" phrase as well? Lol.

Fallen = Cybertronian Satan
Unicron = Cybertronian God (the good one)

Wait...was Unicron a good guy in the cartoons?

The Fallen - Judas
Unicron - Lucifer
Vector Prime - God
Optimus Prime - Jesus(OP could be the descendant, thus making him a "savior"...and let's hope that's true, and we don't get stupid Rodimus Prime)

And they're making it seem like Megatron is only a false prophet.

Why so serious? Did Bay promise to take your virginity?

and I can see your brain straining to turn my handle into an insult. moron.

I wouldn't be surprised if they went the "Neptune and Cracken" route...

As in the Fallen can command Unicron to do his bidding.

i see unicron as the devil and fallen would be closer to a lesser but not lesser demon, mammon for example
primus is god, prime is christ

Hound..as a dog/military vehicle. Terrible terrible news.:cmad:

We don't know what Ravages alt mode is, so maybe the facts in the article are muddled and Ravage is the military vehicle/dog....

noy likey he looks more like he turns into a missile or has no alt mode

So The Fallen is literally a deus ex machina.
