Lehrer's News Hour is the only news to watch.
They actually spend more than 90 seconds on important stories.
No commercials, no fuzzy human interest or skating squirrel stories, and almost never anything about entertainment...just the closest thing to objective reporting that I've seen.

i have a big cardboard box that i cut a hole out in the front of and i dress up at night and put my head and shoulders in it. I relate stories to my friends while doing this funny voice. it's pretty cool. we all laugh, and maybe even learn a bit. it's the box my futon came in.

I used to watch a LOT of Fox News, but now that I have HDTV, I never watch any channels that aren't in HD or broadcast with digital quality (other than Comedy Central).

I get all my news on the internet - MSN.com, USAToday.com, SHH, when I haven't already heard something...

The rest is online, including from alternative news sites.

I listen to the news on the radio. I watch the weather and traffic reports on T.V. in the morning. Hubby watches the news while I'm feeding our son, he usally tells me what's going on the world that he considers to be important. Ocassionally I will read Newspaper headlines as I pass the boxes, if an article appears important to me I check out their website.
