Nightwing-Birds of Prey books

I'm a little bit lost with events in these books.

I've recently started buying the Nightwing and Birds of Prey series in addition to the others, but I am confused about the end of The Hunt For Oracle. Don't read on if you don't want to be spoilt...


As far as I know, I have all the Birds of Prey tpb's, however the Nightwing: The Hunt For Oracle story ends on a cliffhanger where Dinah is taken away by Blockbuster. I have the next Nightwing book, Big Guns, and all the Birds of Prey books and none of them appear to continue the story

Is it not collected in a paperback?

No the rest of that story isn't collected. It's in the BOP issues #22-25. You can find summaries of what happened here:

Though what happens isn't really connected to Nightwing, which is probably why they didn't include them.


I hope DC collects more of those early BOP issues in trades soon. It's great and fun stories by Chuck Dixon and great art by Greg Land. I can't understand why they didn't collect more than the first 6 issues.

Thank you. That sucks, I only buy graphic novels and TPBs, why leave on a cliffhanger and not tie it up!!?
