World No actions from WB?

Hey guys! I haven't seen anyone mention this so far but what about this movie they call My Super-EX Girlfriend? Its a direct rip-off of Superman, or should i say supergirl? She has exactly all the powers they do, heat vision, x-ray, flying ability, super speed. This brings me to wonder how this can pass so unoticed or ignored by WB and DC. I mean they even went as far as replicating the famous "look up in the sky, its a bird..." line in the trailers and TV spots. IMO this is like a direct slap in the face to DC. It comes of as such arrogancy but i guess its just me.

I don't think there is any actual copyright infringement. It's more of a parody than a rip off.

As a business i find this would be pretty much a provocation. I know its a comedy and the story has nothing to do with Superman. They do however take everything that characterises Superman, those are his powers and make them as their own. I dont call that creativity. Its like someone taking your work, changing stuff around, the name and passing it off as their own. Also the fact its from FOX, X3 studio makes me wonder too.

EDIT: i dont see how this is wrong forum... its Surperman Returns related as its coming out in same timelapse and using similar adds as returns, not to mention character trademarks.
