No Extended Deleted Fight Scene?

I recall seeing some pics on here from a deleted fight scene where Goku was punching Piccolo and Piccolo picked Goku up and threw him or something. Why the hell is that not on the special features or a deleted/extended scene?

Cause FOX sucks. In fact, Wong said a extended cut would come out on dvd/blu-ray, but it didn't. I guess FOX is waiting on how well the dvd/blu-ray does.
