No longer have privileges to respond

Before the site change I was able to reply to posts in various threads. Now I see a message that I dont have privileges to do that anymore. Why was this change made? Why cant I reply in threads anymore? I dont like this change. I havent done anything wrong

It's probably a bug. A few people have experienced that and it should get fixed.

If anyone else has this issue please report it here. There are quite a large number of forums here so clearing it up without the specific boards/threads would be very difficult.
