I recently reformatted my computer using the windows restore disk. And now I have no sound....
"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There may not be a sound device installed on your computer, it may be in use by another program, or it may not be functioning properly."
thats what comes up if i try to play music.... youtube and internet videos have no audio either.
Here's some comp info that probably isn't relevant at all...:
Is there a site where I can download the necessary audio codec?
