This just happened a few hours ago. There were reports of a earth quake in North Korea.

North Korea said Wednesday it had successfully carried out its first hydrogen bomb test, marking a major step forward in its nuclear development, if confirmed.

"The republic's first hydrogen bomb test has been successfully performed at 10:00 am on January 6, 2016, based on the strategic determination of the Workers' Party," a state television news reader announced.

Good for them. But it means nothing because other than dick measuring, unleashing hydrogen bombs unto the Earth does no good for anyone. Welcome to the club of nations with nuclear weapons that can successfully end the world. Let your weapons collect dust like the rest.

Smart enough to build a nuclear missile, but dumb enough to keep a draconian dictatorship.

How can a people be so smart and so stupid at the same time?

I wonder if it embarrasses North Korea that America is more concerned with Iran's non existent nukes than North Korea's actual built and tested nukes.

I think most of the world is concerned because Iran would pose more of a real threat with nukes than North Korea. North Korea is in such a despondent place that even if they were to nuke some other country that country would still be better off than living in North Korea.

I imagine South Korea is fairly pissed about this.

Still if NK did use it on another country it would be the second to do so.

Just what we need... Korea and Hans Van Houten working together.

Offer him the lost maps to the treasures of the mole people to make him work for SK instead.

Oppa is just prepping us for the biggest payload of all.

The movie wasn't great but it was enjoyable.

Apparently it was not quite a hydrogen bomb but most likely atomic in any case.

Here's why I'm not worried and why I feel this is just saber rattling.

They tested the bomb underground. Why do that if you are really about to start some ****?

You mean just like almost everything else they've done for attention in the past decades?

Perfect. Ghandi would be proud. :o

Very little that they do makes any sense though.
