It was recently announced that this series is heading to the big screen. Before I heard about this, I picked up a copy of the final issue of the series just out of curiosity, and read it while waiting at the airport. It was quite good, and while reading it, I was thinking how easily it could be made into a halfway decent movie.

Has anyone read the series, or have any opinions on this? BOOM! Studios apparently put the whole series up for free on their Myspace page to help promote it. I haven't looked at it yet, because I'm at work right now.
