Pretty cool site

I just looked at all the parts Nicholson turned down. It makes me sad. :(

Though the actors who got the parts did excellent, and were probably better suited for the role.

It would've been interesting to see him in Rain Main, though, since it's a role way out of his league.

I'm pissed he didn't get The Grinch.

I guess we can't really trust this site.

Yeah, there's plenty of inaccurate ones.

It so makes me wish that rumor that Orson Welles was going to make a Batman movie was true. Imagine...Gregory Peck as Batman, James Cagney as The Joker...jesus that'd be crazy.

This site is a lot of fun. :)

A lot of those sound like total and utter bull****. (and I guess the fact that Orlando Bloom is down as the guy who played Jack Sparrow kind of confirms that there's a good chance there is bull**** to be found).

The Lord is right - 40 year old John Cusack offered to play a 29 year old Bruce Wayne for a role that will last him a good 10 years?

I've contributed a bunch of entries to that site many months ago. The Tobey/25th Hour thing was from me, and it is true.

Anthony Hopkins as Jor-El in Ratner's Superma movie.

Sigourney Weaver was said by one of the writers of X2 to be in X3 as Emma Frost!!

probably Dan Harris, who's ideas and writing consistantly suck.

Arnold Schwartza..... & Sly Stallone in John Woo's "Face/off"?

Hmm...would've been interesting.

Except their personalities and acting range are pretty much the same, so no one would be able to tell the difference.

Danny the Dog
Michael Caine was considered to play Bart.

Hehe, I would've liked that. Bob Hoskins is excellent in the role though..

Batman
There are many rumors that Ray Liotta was considered to play either the Joker or Dent

Liotta as Dent....

Poor Ray...What's become of him? Starring in Uwe Boll movies...

*cries*

*pats Carmine on the back*

It's alright. I'm sure he'll be in a decent movie soon...

Pretty terrible website....do you know how many actors "are considered" for roles in each movie - sometimes dozens upon dozens. This is a useless website that will most likely get very popular - typical.

The Matrix
Reno turned down the role of Agent Smith to do Godzilla instead.
Actor who got the part: Hugo Weaving

Would've been pretty bad ass, though Hugo was the only good thing about the Matrix sequels for me.

And people complain about Mary Jane now?

Spider-Man
Reid auditioned for the part of Mary Jane.

That was probably a simple mistake, they probably meant Orlando's character.
