If conservative media and the administration are making threats to investigate Netflix, it sounds like WB is leaning towards them or using them as leverage to sweeten the pot for a better deal with Paramount.

AEW wrestling is distributed by WBD (TV Channels + HBO Max) so that also comes into conflict with Netflix’s WWE distribution. If Netflix doesn’t want the TV channel part they are probably okay there for now.
