At 5-foot-10 and 220 pounds, gym teacher John Webster is not a slight figure. But the former college football player claims a 50-pound, 6-year-old student physically assaulted him and sent him into therapy.

The New York Post reports that Webster fractured his ankle and injured his knee, all at the hands of 4-foot-2 Rodrigo Carpio. Walker says he now has to wear a brace on his right leg.

"It's sort of like an angel-devil sort of thing," Webster, 27, said of Rodrigo. The boy "looks like an angel, but then, all of a sudden, that halo turns into horns. It's been a nightmare. It's embarrassing. It's humiliating.

"And there's reportedly more than just the incident with Webster. Rodrigo, a first-grader at PS 330 in Queens, also allegedly kicked the school principal and pinched several other individuals, including a school security officer.

Webster told the Post that the confrontation started when he was escorting several students to the school cafeteria.

"I tried to hold his wrists, and he began biting me,'' Webster said. "I took him to the principal's office, and he kicked me in the ankle, and one kick landed right on my knee. I felt a pop.

''Lawyer Andrew Siben, who is representing Webster, described Rodrigo as a "tiny terror."

"It's sad that teachers like Mr. Webster are not offered protection from someone who can endanger other teachers and students," Siben told the paper.

However, Rodrigo's parents say the allegations are ridiculous."The lawsuit is totally absurd," said the boy's father, Jorge Carpio, 44. "How could my little boy do so much damage?""This is a terrible thing to say [about] a child," said his mom, Josefa Marcia.

While it is all fun and games right now, and I know a lot of people will get a laugh out of this. And admittedly I did after seeing their pictures side by side...

Truthfully, this kid is going to become a grown adult one day. And become a citizen among us. And his moronic mother is going to contribute to another dangerous thug. And this is for the most part the source of why youth today is so ****ed up. Because parents don't take responsibility for their children when they're still young, and it develops into major problems later.

A kick to the knee can take anyone down.

or balls, seen a little girl kicked one dude there and the dude was out of the fight before it begin

His parents are the idiots here. It's not a matter of "How could my little boy do so much damage?", it's a matter of your boy shoudn't be acting like a demon child in the first place. The parents deserve a lawsuit.

Kudo's to Mr. Webster for not putting the little brat through the wall. Not because I wouldn't have sympathized with him, but because had he done anything in response, he would in all likelihood be charged with some type of abuse or other nonsense.

That little **** needs some good old fashioned home justice, to get expelled from school and the parents should get the medical bills.

Give that kid some boxing gloves and i'll place $50 on his next match.

Put the gloves on his feet and allow biting, and he would win.

He should have picked up the little **** and tossed him 15 yards.

Come on man, this **** is real! Check out this documentary I found on youtube:

He killed War Machine, man! War Machine!

Sidekicks? I don't condone comparing Tai from The Last Dragon to a biter.

" also allegedly kicked the school principal and pinched several other individuals, including a school security officer"

And his mom is still saying all this is untrue? Jesus Christ, I fear for our future.

Yeah but guys as funny as all this sounds, it really dosent take much (pounds of presure) if kicked directly in the knee cap to screw something up. Just sayin kkeeeeyaaaahhh!

"your the best around,.... nothin's ever gonna keep you down" lol

Crappy parents. Kid needs to be punished

The only reason the little **** isn't dead is because hes 6 years old. If he tried that a little older he would of been slammed to the wall

Yep...some seem to forget that the large teacher is trying his best to get the kid to the office without hurting him in any way what so ever so that he won't get his ass sued off....and the little kid is just trying his best to hurt the big guy who can't fight back.

They should introduce this kid to the paddle. :o

The teacher was probably in fear of hurting the child . I know I would be. It's a shame this happened and the parents don't want to take responsibility.

Did the kid strike that pose just for this story?

My 6 year old self would have jumped in to aid the teacher.

If I could, I would find that kid right now at this very minute and break his face. He won't be hitting anyone again after that. He wants to be a demon kid. I'll beat it out of him.

More or less if you're larger, or you're a male, you attempt to do anything other than defend yourself against someone physically attacking you you're going to look like the bad guy regardless.

terry, please tell us more. We know your gf is kinky, but we want to know more.

Feel sorry for that teacher. Kids can be vicious brats. Someone needs to jerk that kid up by the scruff and beat his ass.

This was my initial thought as well, so obviously his parents think this is just a joke that their kid has some...issues that need to be looked after.

As others have said it doesn't matter the size, if you get kicked in the knee you can be taken down. He was a former football player too, so he might have already a prior injury to that knee.

I know several people that have dislocated their shoulder, knee cap, etc and some simple things like walking down the stairs can pop it out.
