    Is "swallowed" the correct term to use, if it ended up in her respiratory system? Wouldn't "inhaled" be more accurate?

    "To prevent another dental drill accident from happening in the future, Weitz said new procedures were put in place. But get this: the medical chief said that even after taking all precautions, "drills are going to be dropped every now and then."

    Also, although I suppose this is true considering all surgery comes with the potential of accidents that will undoubtedly occur. But why would you even say that?
