Now that "Secret Invasion" is over, what next?

Will the defeated Skrull Empire pay reparations to Earth for the damage its forces caused(just as the Axis did to the Allies)?

Will so-called dissident/ refugee Skrulls be granted political asylum or will they be forcibly repatriated( as were Russian POWs and DPs, who were either summarily shot or sent to the Gulag)?

These and other questions have yet to be resolved!

The Skrulls no longer have any real form of government or leadership through which to make any kind of reparations. Their planets are destroyed and their leaders are all dead. Hell even their gods are dead.

Seems like all thats left for the Skrulls as a race is to die off and be forgotten.

As for on earth, Dark Reign is next followed by further episodic continuation of the history of the Marvel Universe.

thank god secret invasion is over hopefully we won't see any skrulls for a while or see norman with the goblin mask on cause it will remind me of a skrull I once knew.

but my real question is

whats a nubian?

Well I am personally just burned out on all these giant mega events. I wish for comics to go back and just start making good stand alone issues worth buying. I'm not going to be following Dark Reign thats for sure.

Marvel's Nubia is an ancient kingdom south of Egypt. In reality, it was also a land south of Egypt that had a big connection with Egypt (primarily slaves). There were some pharaohs of Nubian descent also, and they built their own pyramids. They eventually converted to Christianity, and after a half a millenia truce with Muslim Egypt, they gradually accepted Islam, and are now predominantly Muslims.
