Official 4th Villain Casting Thread + Pictures

this thread isn't really going to direction it was intended, knowone as posted any casting suggestions

Because we already have about 20+ threads designated for the same exact thing....so people go crazy in these and spam away until the mods lock it

Good intentions but having 20 different threads over the same character is crazy. I am finally glad all the Venom/Topher Grace threads died out. We need an official 4th villian thread and post all things related to it in that thread. Once it is announced whom it is...then the mods can change the name. But we don't even know who or what the 4th villian is so casting is a bit ridiculous at this point.

you make good points but if we only could have one thread for one topic there would be like 6 threads altogether as threads like 'KikI looks hot' would go in the pictures thread 'elfman vs...' would go in a music thread and every villain thread would be lumped into a single thread dedicated to just the villains making the threads extremely blockeed up with just useless posts meaning members who want to read about what they went into the thread for would have to search through pages & pages of spam.

I too totally agree with you. This is a good thread but it is way too early. And yes the Kiki looks hot thread is dumb. I wish all new pics would go into the photo album thread and so on and so forth. I think it is ok to have a few threads over a character because it expands our discussions. But the 4th villian thing is posted to death on here and a lot of things are getting out of control.

well thats what the mods job is, if they feel this is another pointless thread than by all means let them shut it down, but i still feel we should have a casting thread for the villain at least when he is revealed, although by that time the actor/actress playing them would also be revealed

I still think Raimi is trying to dupe us. It is probably for all we know symbiote Spider-Man.

I don't know much about how marketing works but flat out lying to us is not a good strategy, Arad did say the 4th villain would be a big suprise & the symbiote frankly would not do that.

Arad has a good way with words...X3 for example. Parker will be a totally different person with the suit. But I personally hope it is Shocker.

Im up for shocker as long as they keep it short & sweet, im definetly up for an opening battle with shocker.

ye im not posting it anywhere or anything I just like changing other peoples manips to what i prefer, like with yours im making the eyes a bit darker, the suit darker & the spider whiter, nothing major...btw its a great manip

Thanks...it is an ongoing project when I get time here and there. That spider was freaking hard. I need to do some touch ups here and there.

The thing is though, hes not. Hes one of the most underated villains I can think of actually. Bendis has probably warped your mind with Ultimate Shocker.

I think most people want Shocker for a throw away villian, but I dont know I always kinda liked him. I would think if your gonna have a disposable villian it should be Mysterio.... played by Campbell

i see shocker as a disposable villain cus there was never much to him, he didnt have a personal vendetta against spiderman he was just a hired henchman, also his powers are very plain & have been used many a time in superhero movies...mysterio although could not carry a movie by himself least he could be used to some original extent with his holograms and special effects & yes played by campbell

Yeah but I think Shocker would be better as a secondary villian instead of a throw away, but he could not carry a movie alone.
