They should be figures from the basic line because there's not enough articulation to be the Legends line and the 12" Titan Heros( ?) line doesn't have as much articulation as these figures have.

Does anybody else think the basic Hulk figure that's out now look squashed or like his legs are to short?

I need to correct myself, these figures are the Titan Heros 12. I first saw them a week or two ago but in the process of getting ready to go out of town I completely forgot to post that I saw them in stores and that I was wrong about which figures they are. Also I'm glad to see they improved the articulation on the Titan Heros figures.
