Ok, more description. The two "intakes" i described a while back actually look like missle launchers, and it actually has a triangular cockpit that comes to a point at the front end of the triangle. It looks like a lobster from hell. The missle launchers on the sides even look like huge pinchers, haha.

A couple F150s with machine guns mounted to top, mercenaries standing in the truck beds. Tumbler and bomb truck just patrolling the streets. Looks like more of the pre-batman bane controlling the city.
