Yup, I saw him take them and saw them on his camera. Bale, Hardy, Buster and 2 others were standing around, then Bale and Hardy started to "practice" and play around a bit.

It's funny, these pictures seem to be taken from a roof, and I remember some crew members yelling at people on the roof, I couldn't hear what they were saying but it didn't seem pleasant.

So maybe the flakes of "dust" or trash floating through the air in the building panning shots in the trailer were actually snow? I was under the impression those shots were made just for thematic effect in the teaser

I'm not sure, he's a Batman fan but not a Hype! Batman fan, if you get what I'm saying. And he might try to make some money off the pictures so who knows.

Don't rush, lol. They just started closing down Fifth about an hour ago. They're taking their time. No way they'll have the scene ready for the tumblers till like noon I'd suspect. I'm guessing it's a daytime shoot since there was activity since like 4:30 this morning.

I wish they'd just film this in Winter instead of putting fake snow all over the place.

Anyone see the film, The Weather Man? Wasn't that great, but it was filmed on-location in Chicago during Winter and had some beautiful cinemtography. There's one scene towards the end where there's a blizzard, and it just looks gorgeous. I'd love to see something like that in TDKR.

So with the white title card in the teaser and now a snowy Gotham confirmed, I guess white is the movie's color scheme. Good choice.
