Does that also include the story with Catwoman against Tommy Elliot? I don't remember many details but it was just after Final Crisis and DC was putting out all those black villains covers. I think it had Elliot in the jungle and running into Catwoman.

I had a question for anyone who also collects tpbs.

I have all my Batman tpbs in order by what issues are contained in each one, for the canon stories. I have numerous side stories that weren't released in single issue format in Detective Comics, Batman, etc...

Anyone have a good list or even their own way of placing these in order. Right now I just have them all set on my bookshelf after all the canon tbps. I guess it's up to the collector but I can be a bit of a stickler when it comes to this kind of thing.

Well damn. Batman #29 was fantastic! Capullo's art is fantastic as usual, but the colours by FCO? Stunning... :wow:

After their killer Batman and two-face arc, Tomasi and Gleason are back on top form in Batman and Aquaman 29. It really is a set up issue, but it's damn entertaining, and it introduces the stakes making it a real sequel to Batman Inc. To me, this is leagues above Batman and should be the main book.

Batman & Robin is just an amazing book and always has been. I think there was maybe 2 or 3 issues in the first 20-something issues that was mediocre, but everything else has been stellar. I'm enjoying the tar out of the core Batman title as well, but Batman & Robin really is better.

I'm really interested in Eternal, but so far, it feels like a rehash of other things. that first page, while awesome, is way too close to what we've seen in Morrison's run imo. The city being a living hell, Batman's allies being destroyed, him being utterly defeated...

I'm not getting that vibe. I feel like DC is planning on bringing Damian back.

Dc obviously is planning to bring Damian back. there is no way Tomasi uber arc following the hunt for Robin ain't about Damian coming back.

Posted this on the eternal thread but didnt get a bite, but I would prefer to only follow one Batman title. Should I go with Eternal or with the new Detective comics team? I already have the last issue of Detective comics, and didnt pick up Eternal. Which one would you suggest me following?

I've not read Detective, but I feel like Eternal will probably be the more important book of the two. The first issue was good.

Well, it may or may not influence your decision, but Eternal is a weekly series, so it's going to be a much expensive thing to follow.
