I was just on IMDB and saw a guy made a thread about this and being as people are more knowledgeable here and there i thought id make a thread here.

What movies have had the Dragonball attached?

It was supposed to be with Paul Blart and Hotel for Dogs in US.

I have heard people say they saw Dragonball with Coraline, Underworld 3 and now Jonas Brothers 3D.

In Brazil the Dragonball trailer was supposedly attached to The Day the Earth Stood Still. I think that was also the case for Japan but that also has a teaser that was in theatres several months.

In UK its being shown with Pink Panther 2. There are also Dragonball TV spots shown on NickToons and CartoonNetwork.

And we all know about the interviews and clips shown in Japan, Korea etc.

So if you know anything about it this please say. If theres any TV spots or interviews about Dragonball on TV or a trailer in Theatre anywhere around the world post it here. So we can see how the promotion is going.

kids kids and kids
havent they learned from speed racer? kids are not enough to make a big profit.

i guess since it is PG and its promoted almost only to kids that the fights will be for kids?

wouldnt my post make sense ? if its promted to kids and if it is PG why would the fights be for adults?
it is what it is. lets hope that its at least like king fu hustle then .

The Matrix fights are rated R but the fight scenes would be suitable in a PG film. The fights in Dragonball wont suffer because its PG.

Yes assume kung fu hustle + matrix. Just less to no blood at all.

I'm saying those two because Chow is the producer, and 87eleven(matrix) are doing the stunts.

the movies were rated R not the fights.

They were rated R for swearing and other things. Dragonball can have a fight exactly like Matrix.

Of course if you watch the Neo vs Smith big fights in the second or third film theres no reason why that cant be in a PG movie.

Theres no blood gushing or bones broken or anything violent about it.

its slightly brutal... and children might try to re-enact these fights.

we want our children to fight more friendly.

sock'em boppers should do the trick

so...you are saying Goku and piccolo punching eachother and crashing on rocks and then falling on them is not...slightly brutal...how about an ape throwing everyone away like a ragdoll....maybe roshi punching goku in the gut and throwing him in a table is not violent enough....just tryin to make my point here you know what im saiyan? (yes.......ITS A PUN)

Yeah and there wasnt anything that brutal about the Matrix fights, in the 2nd he fought with a pole and in the 3rd they crashed into the ground making a crater thats about it.

Dragonball will probably be more brutal fightwise.

Paul Blart, Underworld, and Pink Panther 2 are kid movies? Heck, there were any kids when I went to see Coraline, and that theater was sold out.

Did you see the trailer with Coraline?

On the thread on IMDB someone saw Dragonball with Underworld 3 and 2 people saw it with Max Payne.

A couple of friends saw it with Friday the 13th. It all depends, sometimes the theaters switch it around.
