- The baby Groot from the top two posts is NOT a merchandise item. It's a maquette that was used during production of the movie. Some version of the character will definitely be mass produced and available for purchase, but not that one.

- Most of these toys are indeed from the animated series. Just look at the logo. The only product from GOTG Vol.2 is the Star-Lord Music Mix. It's still very early for merchandise announcements. We'll probably see much more in February, during Toy Fair NY.

Hasbro has been doing the same thing, mixing in cartoon or comic merch with the movie stuff whenever a new film is out (see the Avengers Assemble stuff for the Avengers movies or Civil War) for quite some time.
