Not knocking the original - it's still classic.

It's just always nice to see the costumes change, if only albeit slightly...and I thought the Goblin's new look was still very much in keeping with the original...just a tad more 'built for war' look to it.

^^ Yeah, but I would take the original look over any look in a comic that the Green Goblin was gonig to be in. However, I do LOVE the Green Goblin's new costume.

Best Goblin pic ever.

I always liked the caped look that Gobby had for a while. Both the Gathering of Five version and the Phil Urich costume.

Seriously man, good job. Thats a very cool pic. With a little practice you could be a Marvel artist. :word:

Love this advertisement poster for Season 2.

I stil have the Green Goblin's return in Thunderbolts in my head. That's how amazing that issue was. :bomb::gg:

Those look awesome! I especially like the second one! :)

I have no idea where that second image came from but it looks like the making of a cool story. I'm thinking it may be fan made.

And yes, Norman kicking Swordsman's stupid @$$ was the most brutal fight I've ever seen him in. I loved it. I'm hoping for more. I doubt it will be too rough in New Ways to Die though. Amazing Spider-Man needs to be fit for all ages. :csad:

I'm looking foward to seeing the Goblin in New Ways to Die, especially drawn by John Romita Jr. Him and his father have alws drawn an amazing Green Goblin, so I guess it's "father like son" with them.

JR Jr is one of the artists that draws everything well. Spidey, villains, MJ. They are always impressive. He is definitely one of the best Spidey, if not comic, artists of all time.

Amen! Jr.Jr. is one of my favortie artists.

Anyone else have this nice little diorama? I got for my birthday a couple years back, it still stands with pride in my room.

Nope, not that one. I have a plastic Goblin figure that is standing on the glider and holding a bomb. Its knee is cracked, so it was always falling over. I have it in a box now. :csad:

I bought the pocket book, the Death of Captain Stacy, today. Ahhh the good old days indeed. :[

Oy! The stories were written better back then, as well. Compared to Death of Cpt. Stacy, Brand New Day doesn't stand a chance.

I know a lot of people hate the comics done in the 1990's but there was a lot of good stories from that time, too. Anything by J.M. DeMatteis was gold, IMO. Human stories, human psychology and drama...none of it involving magical loopholes. Yes, I'll even take clones over deals with the devil.
