Quaid woulda' been perfect a while back but now he's too old...Alan Scott maybe? Caviezel, eh I don't know on that one. He'd be great, but I think there are better choices.

i know it's been said to death but Nathan Fillion as Hal and Hugo Weaving as Sinestro would be pretty perfect. and get Rick Baker on board to create some other members of the corps.

Eddie_Dead will no doubt remember this suggestion from the General DC Casting thread, but what about Michael Trucco as Hal Jordan (even though Fillion's still my #1 choice for the part)?

His name's been tossed around for Superman - which I could support - but there's also something about him that reminds me of Hal.

That guy looks more like the next Bruce Wayne/Batman in my opinion but I think he looks like he could do a good hal jordan. He's got the looks to play any hero in actually.

Nothing new there really just stating that the concept art was indeed based on david and that actress which we learned a few days ago.

David Boreanez would be okay for Hal Jordan, I guess. There are most likely better choices out there, but Boreanez is a rather good actor, who's probably paid his dues in TV long enough to merit a shot at movie stardom.

But if the filmmakers DO decide to go with Boreanez (or Fillion, for that matter), they have to be sure to surround him with an accomplished ensemble cast, to give the film a little more "star power".

Yeah. And with Carla Gugino being in Watchmen, I think it would be cool to have her as Carol Ferris. Shes a rising star.

Morris also weighed in on the possibility of no more Hulk sequels and the fact that Ed Norton will not be in the Avengers movie and his skepticism of the project.

Ouch. Norton being pretty blunt there but he does say what everybody else is thinking. What exactly is Marvel doing? I don't think they're being vague and secretive. They just don't know. lol
