Well I hope you're right, man.
It was attached and debuted with The Avengers. Likewise the final trailer for The Dark Knight was attached with Iron Man and Inception debuted with Iron Man 2.
If a trailer will debut in 4 weeks then the choices would seem to be it'd be attached with either GI Joe 2 (March 29th), 42 (April 12th) or Oblivion (April 19th) but I'd be more inclined to believe it's either G.I Joe or Oblivion given the two are also major IMAX releases and Warner Bros. partnership with IMAX.
Here's the trailer but with alternative music.
I was bored this morning waiting for the F1 to start and pieced this clip together. My 1st ever attempt at slicing audio and video together, it's not perfect but I love both these tunes and they are similar in style to the trailer music. Hope you enjoy.
The trailer will probably debut in mid April at the earliest.
Nicely Done .
C'mon AC Milan!
I think it premieres with 42, than airs throughout may.
Wonder if it'll debut online first, or be like the teaser where for the first few days, if you want to see it, its off to the cinema for you!
Ok so this my 2nd video but I'm using the speech from The Great Dictator as it's a hope speech and has a Superman like quality to it. It's with the music from Inception. I'm just doing this to get used to the editing software so there maybe a few more. Enjoy.
Don't forget the MTV Movie Awards are on April 14th...
Wow, they've moved it up 2 months. For as long as I can remember, it's always been at the beginning of June. I wonder why they changed it up?
April 14th huh? That would seem like a good place to launch the second full trailer. Doubtful, though.
Doesn't even have to be the next theatrical trailer, could be a MTV exclusive one given their past exclusives including TDKR.
Good God man! I wasn't too wild about the original music choice for the trailer initially, but it grew on me a lot. This makes me appreciate it much more, no offense.
I do hope we get some cool, epic music in the new trailer. No more of this emo woman vocalizing in the background that drowns out the trailer dialogue, please. It's too damn morbid and depressing, but more so on a laughable scale. Like Zack Galifinakis singing at the beginning of the Hangover 3 trailer. Like...they're not seriously doing this, are they?
Fan made, yes. But what an awesome job on editing and music! Could easily pass as an official tv spot.
That was awesome!! But there is something, I can't put my finger on it, about the music. I still loved it but I can't explain why I wasn't 100% on board with it. The editing was spot on! t:
Is it a safe bet to say 42 and/or the MTV Movie Awards?
I would like to be proven wrong, but I think that the trailer will come with Oblivion..And, yes, WB probably will feature MoS at MTV..then the day after there's the CinemaCon in L.A...so something those days will come Oh and, WonderCon in 4 days
I would take Wondercon out of the conversation. I think most of us agree with an MTV exclusive, but the movie debut is in the air. Oh and btw, what exactly is CinemaCon?
I believe it's the convention formerly known as ShoWest, a movie theater industry trade show run by NATO (the National Association of Theater Owners). Held in Vegas. Good time.
CinemaCon from 15 to 18..
Warner Bros. Pictures will have almost a 2 hour presentation on Tuesday, April 16th with all the heavies there including Jeff Robinov.
Last year Chris Nolan was there and showcased new footage from TDKR and even SR was at ShoWest and debuted a new trailer. It's a dead cert Man of Steel will be showcased with possibly Snyder and Cavill there and we'll hear about it on Wednesday from the trades.
