Couldn't find a thread about it. Who's watching the premiere tonight?
Well it does have Ian Mcshane so I might give this a watch.
I'll probably tune in next week, though odds are it'll be canceled by episode 6 or 7.
I noticed that too, how it took that for him to show real emotion...but it obviously says something about the characterThen I realized just how intentional that all was at the end when he was surrounded by the crown of butterflies and finally showed emotion.
I liked it ,but lets just say that I wouldnt make it a priority to watch it.Ok, but did you like it?
I always get excited whenever I hear something original is coming on tv. This had the potential to be very good with such a high concept idea, but then I see the protagonist run over to the enemy front lines a few feet away, with his brother practically giddy about it, and then I see him rescue two hostages all by himself and destroy a tank with a grenade and I pretty much lost all interest in the show. Heck I didn't even finish the second half of the pilot. It is so awful when producers abuse this audience in this fashion.
There was no point. That's the problem.
David took down the undefeatable Goliath, kinda the point in itself
