Many think they are seeing Soundwave underwater when they are rescuing Megatron from his underwater grave. Its not Soundwave its actually LongHaul in the middle, Mixmaster on the left, Rampage on the right.

lol the water scene, now the megatron on the sea in the first movie was ridiculous,
1-why they' did not dissolve megatron to recover material
2-megatron was sent in the funds where the pressure is strong and where the weather is very cold, then how can one find the robots there
