i wish Kitty's magic bullet would have flown into the sun while it was exploding into a red dwarf while being sucked into a black hole that transported her to non-existence with no chance of ever being revived/brought back/ used again

I wish Storm got shot in the head

if they were ever to do that the next writer would just come along saying it wasnt really Storm but a mutant so enamored with her that they took on her likeness for the good of mutant (yes im talking about Xorneto).

dang, why all the Storm hate? She never gets to do anything in the X-world anymore and got a massive demotion. Im all ready for her to step forward and reclaim leadership and once again become a major player within the X-world, rather than a glorified cameo star

Wow. I don't think I hate any character as much as some of you hate Shadowcat & Storm.

Speaking of Kitty and Storm, their best moment together is here

ill have to see his stuff inked and colored. at the moment im not too thrilled (except that Land is leaving). and it looks like Beast didnt leave for too long.

Of course Hank came back. He just had an ass to tap real quick at SWORD.

All men have the same jawline...

And all women have the same lips.

I just noticed Kurt's hair. Get a comb!

Cool. Portacio is awesome. Now all we need is a new writer (Cornell, Parker)

Gade would be a great writer for the book. He did great at the WWH: X-Men mini.

Except for when he got Darwin's powers all wrong, and the Hulk's motivation for that story made absolutely no sense.

well to be fair..it was always just going to be just a cash grab, that series. I think Gage handled it very impressively and wouldn't mind seeing him take over for Fraction....( I HOPE Fraction's run doesn't rival Lobdell's in longevity....then again does Marvel even allow one writer to write any one book for more than 3 years max these days?)

ahh... I love the new art. maybe it will be longer than three or four issues. And I wouldn't mind seeing a new writer. I miss the old type of stories.. the ones from the early 90's and early 2000's ( Grant Morrison is starting to impress me, I'm just now reading that part of the story...lol, so far behind.)
And I think i'm the only person that liked Carey? There were some problems, but over all he had some good ideas.
I am also likeing X-Men Forever, am I alone in that?

No you arent alone with Carey. He is a popular writer but people cant stand when he focuses solely on Rogue. He is quite good at writing a team and best when he focuses on a group of characters

You may be alone on Forever. I think thats terrible and judging by the sales, many others do to. But theres something for everyone

Man! I was reading what I wrote, and I don't know why I said Carey, I don't think I have read any of his issues yet! I'm getting there though. I like Austen, I now he does a lot of drama and some didn't like him, but for some reason I felt like he captured the essence of the X-Men's hay day.

And X-Men Forever, what can i say, I think it's the fact that I like Claremont. I don't know why so many people hate him. He is what made the X-Men great in the 70's and to the early 90's, but at the same time a do feel like he is still writing like he is stuck in the 80's and a lot of people don't like that, but like I said before I love the story from the 70's and 80's. It's most likely just me. what can I say? :woot:

^^^wow kid, you like Austen ANNND Claremont?

I won't say anything, but prepare to not find much sympathy on these boards...lol

Austen was horrible. Period. Claremont was great and is still okay. The characters are not what they used to be - and he way he has written Forever I am glad he stopped when he did. Forever is an okay comic but it just seems....wrong.

Carey is amazing and I truly wish he would be bumped to Uncanny.
