I'd jump on board if that Coat were deep deep purple.

i absolutley despise the carved smile idea.

It could be worse, it could be a carved smile behind a mask...:whatever:

That and his aged look kind of ruin it. I like the curly hair and pointy nose, though.

i like the hair, the clothes, the pose, and the feel of the picture but i have to agree with the others when i say i don't like the idea of his mouth being cut. maybe for a morbid, darker version of Batman but as much as i want Batman to be a dark, gritty movie...i don't want it to be a HORROR movie.

I've always been a fan of this pic, even though I know that it came out a loooong time ago. I think Heath will look perfect like this:

Black meatballs? Dr. Phil: What were you thinking?

I like lee bermejo's art, but I'm not too high on seeing this translated into an actually film. Works well for the books, but I don't have any interest in seeing that type of carved smile look being presented in The Dark Knight.

Lee Bermejo is the mother****ing man. His two-face kicks all kinds of ass too.

I like Joker with the carved smile. He looks terrifying that way, the only way he ought to be. Doesn't necessarily make the movie a horror.

He kindof reminds me of Nicholson's Joker in the altered pic.

Personally though, I think I'd like Joker to not looks so intimidating and scary on the surface. If he is to be an opposite to Batman, he shouldn't look so scary on the surface.

Batman uses a typically evil look to fight crime and evil. Joker uses a look associated with something more upbeat for evil purposes.

My idea is to have it so Joker's accident leaves him monstrous looking, but he then gets plastic surgery or uses makeup to hide his more hideous side. Basically, after the accident he looks like some sortof monstrous demon clown, with the green hair, pale skin, and red lips, but it's a bit more realistic in that it's not totally neat. He uses plastic surgery, makeup, etc to perfect the clown look.

If he looks like that i will be very pleased:up:
