I sure hope people start posting soon, and get the pre-invasion stories wrapped up. I'd like to kickstart the invasion of Darkseid as soon as I can, preferably some time this week.

Well, I've tried to kinda set-up my press conference as a way to gather some characters and get people talking. But nobody really seems to have attended, or even taken any notice of it, so it might not have been as effective in moving the narrative forward as I'd hoped.

Librarian Thorne, i'm waiting for Sentry to post as Iron Man so Reed can examine his armor...but if he doesn't do it soon, i'm just going to have the Watcher come and warn Reed about the invasion.

Also...for some reason....both characters wrote in a Charity dinner in Gotham so if anyone wants to attend..it's open invitation. Only $400 a plate...

I thought you were going to do it today? I wouldn't object to Friday though. Either is fine for me.

Don't do it yet, Librarian...the heroes have to prepare now that Reed found out about the invasion from the Watcher (sorry Sentry, couldn't wait for you any longer )

ok i think i might be dropping out cos alot of stuff is happening and cos you guys wanted me to start as a young dick grayson its gonna be ages before i take the mantle as robin let a lone nightwing....

this whole darkseid invasion will have been and gone and ill still be wandering around wayne manor looking for bruce's secret so unless someone can think of a way around that then im out.....

Do what you want to do man...its up to you to decide how old you want Dick to be. The origins of the characters are pretty much the same in this RPG, but after that you are free to do what you want with the character. Just make him older...cause 13 is pretty young, and then have him encounter something that causes him to want to be Robin in your next post or something.

how old was dick when he first became robin?

I dunno man...older then 13...I thought at least 15? I'm not entirely sure though. But yeah, him finding out about Bruce really soon would probably be best

Well, in the normal orign, Dick's parents were killed when he 8 or 9. Bruce reveals his identity to Dick after Dick tries to find his parent's killer (not long after their deaths). Then Dick begins training. And he becomes Robin around age 10.

Sorry i havent updated or posted here in a while but im glad that things are going so well, and hopefully I will get the time to to start doing both again. Although Ill proly wait until the current arc is finished.
